Kourtney Kardashian Fires Back at Body Shamers Who Called Her Pregnant

This is exactly why it is offensive to ask a woman if she is expecting.

Kourtney Kardashian isn't shy when it comes to sharing photos of her famous figure. The Poosh founder and reality star recently invited her followers into her closet, modeling a black bralet and red dress draped over her waist. She captioned the image "say hi to my closet." However, a number of her fans were more interested in her body than her clothes, claiming that she appeared to be pregnant. Read on for Kourtney Kardashian's perfect response to body shamers.

A slew of comments surrounded Kourtney's curves, with a number of them speculating that the 42-year-old was expecting her fourth child and first with current love Travis Barker. "SHES PREGNANT," "Preggers," "Pregnant," and "Is there a baby in there?" were just a few of the messages flooding the comment section, in addition to tons of pregnant and baby emojis.

However, Kourtney wasn't having it. "I'm a woman with a BODY," she reportedly spat back at one of the comments.

A number of her fans also stood up to the pregnancy police, offering up a few reasons why accusing someone of being pregnant is all sorts of wrong. "It's straight up rude," wrote one. "Pregnancy is so personal and women have the right to privacy. You have no idea what type of fertility or other issues she may face. If she was pregnant as soon as she was ready for people to know they would, what does it do for you to guess early?? A few internet points?? Go live your own life and stop worrying so much about celebs girl."

Some pointed out that her stomach is completely flat and that she doesn't even look remotely pregnant, while others explained that commenting on a woman's body can be harmful. "She is a normal woman with a normal body. don't make those kinda comments. they can be very damaging as she is clearly not pregnant. grow up and get a life."

In 2020, Kourtney also schooled some body shamers accusing her of expecting. "This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it," she responded to them. "I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body." For more inspiration, don't miss these essential photos from 50 Celebrity Women Who Aren't Afraid to Show Off Their Bodies!
