Kourtney's lifestyle website Poosh says "10 habits are some that healthy people have in common, and a few small tweaks to your daily routine are all you need to get started." Among the tips: "THEY PRACTICE MENTAL FLEXIBILITY AROUND FOOD. Practicing flexibility instead of rigid and restrictive rules around food reduces stress and can help you enjoy the experience of eating. She Bikes

As mentioned, Kardashian is seen going on a bike ride. She is right when she says that biking is for healthy people, as it has a lot of benefits. According to a study from Harvard Health, "Going for a ride is good for your heart and muscles, and it may improve how you walk, balance, and climb stairs."

She Does Ayurvedic Practices

In an interview with Natural Health magazine, Kardashian revealed that she is into a lot of natural practices, specifically Ayurvedic ones. "I got really into Ayurveda and did the Panchakarma cleanse [a detoxification treatment involving massage, herbal therapy and other procedures]," she said.

She Uses All Natural Beauty Products

Kardashian isn't just all about all natural practices and food; she also likes to use natural beauty and cosmetic products. "I am slowly changing my beauty products over to safer choices," she tells Cricket's Circle. Kardashian also says that her makeup line is all-natural as well. "I make sure that our products for Kardashian Beauty are made of non-toxic ingredients."

She Makes Time To Workout

Kardashian has a busy schedule, between her multiple jobs, and her three kids. However, she tells E! Online, that despite all she has to do, she still makes time to exercise. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids. I just never made it a priority, and now it makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically."

She Does At-Home Lower Body Workouts

Kardashian has an impressive lower body, and she also likes to work out at home. Naturally, this led her to come up with an at-home lower-body workout, which she shared on her website and app. "Ahead of bikini season, I have a handful of exercises I swear by to keep my glutes toned," she wrote. "The best part? If you have a few key pieces of gear, you can do all of these moves at home." Kardashian's workout only requires a resistance band, and some weights.
