Lisa Rinna in Bathing Suit Does a Handstand
Lisa Rinna is a lot of things. She's a soap star, known for her appearances on Melrose Place and Days of Our Lives. She also hosted Soap Talk, and earned four Emmy nominations. Rinna is a reality star, notably appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and released her own line of beauty products, called Rinna Beauty. Rinna is known for showing off her figure on social media. She recently shared some photos of herself in a gold swimsuit on her Instagram story, even doing a handstand. How does she stay so fit? She Wears Sunscreen
Rinna has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her tips with Marie Claire. Rinna says that protecting her skin from the sun is important to her. "I put on sunscreen before I walk downstairs. The minute you hit sunlight, you're getting [sun exposure] and I have major melasma issues on my skin. A great skincare specialist, Renée Rouleau told me like 12 years ago, 'You have got to put sunscreen on the minute you wake up in the morning.' I've done that ever since—that's a really fancy little trick for everybody."
She Uses Doctor Skin Products
Rinna shared some of her favorite skincare products with Marie Claire. She says that she likes to use more medical products. "I like a doctor. So, I like Dr. Barbara Sturm, I like Dr. Lancer, I like Dr. Sabagh. Sturm is my favorite, but I cheat on everyone. I use all of Dr. Sturm—she changed my skin. I'd have wrinkles and breakouts at the same time and she stopped my breakouts. I have everything. She makes me my own blood cream, which I think is genius. Then I want to shout out my Maria Chicet Bone Marrow Cream. I've been using it for 20 years as my under-eye cream. And if you look at my under-eyes, they look really good."
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Rinna is open about her love of working out. She also likes to do different things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her favorite workouts with Marie Claire. "Yoga, pilates, hiking, and spinning. [I work out] four or five days a week. I've done that my whole life. I started doing jazzercise at 16 and just never stopped." UHHospitals.org states that switching up your workouts have a lot of benefits. "By creating variation and changing exercises in your routine, you can create a new stimulus, which creates more progress over time. And if you rotate exercises or activity every so often, your injury risk will decrease. Examples include adding bench pressing every Monday or continuously adding mileage when running or biking on a weekly basis."
She Wears Things On Her Lips
Rinna shared some of her beauty tips with TODAY. She says that her secret to healthy lips is always having a product on them. "I always have to have something on my lips, whether it's a balm or something. My mother is the same way and the girls are the same way. It kind of runs in the family that if you don't have something on your lips you tend to chew on them or pick at them."
She Takes Breaks From Makeup
Rinna tells TODAY that she makes sure to keep her skin natural as much as she can. "Because I wear so much makeup at times for work, I don't wear any makeup when I'm not working. I might do a little concealer. Obviously I always have on my Rinna Beauty lip; I always do a lip. But I don't wear makeup unless I am going out to dinner or working."
