Loren Brovarnik in Bathing Suit Shows Off "The Bump"

Here is how the pregnant reality star stays fit.

Loren Brovarnik is showing off her baby bump in a bathing suit! The reality star, currently expecting her third child, did a side-by-side-by-side comparison of all three of her pregnancies, sharing the photos on social media. "The bump comparison you've all been asking for!" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "All taken at 5ish months in each pregnancy. First pic is Shai. Second pic is Asher. Third pic is BabyB. Obviously a healthy boy or girl is perfectly fine for us – but, since we DO NOT know the gender, what are you all thinking this time around??" How does she stay fit and healthy? Read on to see 5 of Loren Brovarnik's top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1

Exercise in the Morning

The early bird gets the workout worm, according to Loren! "Those 6am workouts! People always ask "how do you do it or find time"… the HARDEST part is starting! Whether it's 1 hour or 10 minutes, find time for yourself! You've got this. Work hard. Play hard. Last time I did this I had 1 plate – now I have 2," she captioned a recent Instagram video of her early workout.

Prioritize Your Life

Loren knows that getting into shape isn't the most important thing in life. During her first pregnancy with Shai she gained 32 pounds, but allowed herself the time she needed to put her baby first and fitness on the backburner. "I still have a belly and that will take time. No, I'm not working out," she captioned one of her Instagram Stories. "I'm breastfeeding and changed my diet. I am going on daily walks, but that's it. I think just being active with the baby is helping me. I have a few more to go and then some!"

Be Transparent About Your Health

Loren is an open book when it comes to her health. While on the show, she opened up about having Tourette syndrome and the insecurities that come along with it. Later, during a Q&A on Instagram, she confessed that she wasn't fully "prepared" for postpartum depression before becoming a mom, admitting it was "a real thing." "My body dysmorphia, anxiety, tics, insomnia, etc. are at an all-time high because of it," she wrote. "I need to constantly remind myself I just grew a human for months and it's OK to take time to heal and adjust. Patience is a virtue and time heals all."

Keep Workout Equipment in Your Bedroom

One way that Loren keeps herself from making exercise excuses? She has a Peloton spinning bike in her room. "Feeling good, like I should. Not edited. No filter. A working progress and I'm so proud of it!" she captioned this photo featuring the cycling machine while modeling a swimsuit in a mirror selfie.

Take Supplements

Loren takes supplements to ensure she is getting the nutrients she needs. "As I mentioned before, one of my New Years resolutions is to take vitamins — something I've proudly been keeping up with!" she shared in a post. Loren partnered with Ritual vitamins, revealing that she takes two of them every single day. "Aside from the minty flavor, I like the fact that I understand all the ingredients in them and overall I feel better, not to mention I'm beyond proud of myself! I've also been taking the postnatal vitamins (with dr consent of course). I like the name because instead of a resolution, I just have another daily ritual," she wrote.
