Love Island's Liberty Poole in Bathing Suit is an "Island Girl"

1. She Ice Skates

Poole is an ice skater. She was one of the contestants on this year’s cast of the popular British reality series, Dancing On Ice. Poole was partnered with professional skater Joe Johnson. Poole posted this video of herself and Johnson skating on Instagram, captioning it, “We’re blown away by the support we’ve received.” "A popular choice all over the country, ice skating is a regular winter activity that can be done at a wide range of levels, from the laid back fun skates around rinks to more active applications like speed skating or even as part of playing hockey," says the Cleveland Clinic.

2. She Goes Outside

Poole loves to spend time outside. Her Instagram account is full of photos of herself in the sunshine. She posted this photo of herself at her hotel’s pool in Ibiza. She captioned the post, “Summer loving.” The sun is a great way to get your Vitamin D. "“If you’re concerned about vitamin D deficiency, ask your doctor to check your vitamin D level,” says rheumatologist Chad Deal, MD to the Cleveland Clinic. “If the level is low and your provider starts you on supplements, you need repeat testing in eight to 12 weeks to make sure the level is not too high or too low."

3. She Doesn’t Compare Herself To Others

Poole doesn’t like to compare herself to others. She encouraged others to do the same on Twitter. She wrote, “As girls with social media, we often compare ourselves to other girls and ask questions. ‘Is she prettier? Does she have a nicer body?’ STOP. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I could be someone’s 10 and another person’s 1. Everyone is individually beautiful.”

4. She Works With A Trainer

Before going on Love Island, Poole decided to get in shape. She worked with personal trainer, Jordan Goddard. He revealed that he did a lot of sessions a week with her. “She would come to me between three to four times a week,” he said to Daily Star. “She came frequently, she’s a hard worker.”

5. She Does A Variety Of Things

Goddard did a lot of different workouts with Poole. He tells Daily Star that she wanted to do a lot of different things to help herself get in shape. “We worked her legs, strength and conditioning and core as our main focus,” he said. “She’s a hustler.”
