She Stays Hydrated

When People asked De Lesseps what some of her secrets to great skin were, she answered, "drinking enough water to hydrate the skin." She says that she makes sure to stay hydrated, starting in the mornings. "I use Dr. Daryl Gioffre's mineral & green juices every morning."

She Likes To Run

When it comes to working out, De Lesseps tells Life & Style that she loves to do quick cardio workouts each day, and she has a favorite way of doing so. "I like to run for 10 minutes or 15 minutes just to get your heart pumping, get your blood flowing, it's really good," she says.

She Works Out Her Arms

De Lesseps tells Life & Style that the clothes she likes to wear can dictate how she works out. She says that this mindset has led her to do a lot of arm workouts. "I do weights for the arms because I have to wear these dresses that are sleeveless."

She Goes To The Gym In Her Apartment

De Lesseps lives in New York City, which means she lives in an apartment building. She tells Life & Style that she luckily has a gym in her apartment building, which has helped her stay in shape. "I have a gym in my apartment — it's fabulous and overlooks Central Park. It's gorgeous, and I'm busy, so I think that also helps keep you in shape when you're running around."

She's Got A Good Sense Of Humor

Being in the public eye, especially being a regular on a reality TV show, means you have to deal with a lot of criticism. However, De Lesseps says that she has a good sense of humor about the haters, and doesn't let them get to her. "I just feel like you have to have a sense of humor, you have to be good to yourself and kind to yourself with all the social media and things going around and the haters and you just can't listen to that," she says.
