She Is All About Exercise
Lucy loves to exercise. "I think the more things you try and the more active you become, the more confident and comfortable you become with yourself," she explained to People about what drives her workouts. "I'm much happier, my mood is better when I'm consistently working out. I'm just one of those weirdos who likes working out. I really enjoy it."
She Maintains Variety in Her Workouts
Lucy's workout regimen is a mixture of classes and sessions with her trainer. "[My trainer's] the one who's forcing me to try pull-ups, so every couple of days we'll try to do more," she told People. "But I also like group fitness. I think that's a way you can see your friends and break a sweat but still have a good time. I do things like Soul Cycle and Training Mate. I love to hike."
She's an Almost Vegetarian
Lucy shies away from most animal products. "I mainly follow a pescatarian diet," she told People. "I don't even like to say diet, just a pescatarian lifestyle. I don't do dairy and I try to cut back on processed stuff. I typically like to prepare all my food so I know what I'm getting."
Moderation Is Key
Lucy indulges on occasion "I love going out to eat. I'm not going to say no to French fries or pasta if it's there. I just try to eat in moderation," she told People.
Breakfast Is Her Favorite Meal
"I think about breakfast all the time," Lucy confessed to Harper's Bazaar when asked about her favorite meal. "I like all the meals, but I think breakfast is definitely my favorite. But my breakfast can vary from a peanut butter, Perfect food bar to chocolate chip pancakes, with bacon and eggs. Just kind of depends on the day."
