Walker is a fan of playing basketball, and has shared a video on Instagram of herself enjoying time at the court. In the video, she successfully makes a basket. “Basketball-specific movements cause resting heart rates to rise to levels needed to improve cardiorespiratory fitness; higher values are strongly associated with reduced risk of mortality from cardiometabolic diseases,” reports the Mayo Clinic.
2. She Swims
Walker loves to swim, and has shared photos and videos of herself enjoying time in the water. She posted this video on Instagram of herself enjoying time in an outdoor pool, with gorgeous scenery in view. She also shared this set of photos to celebrate World Oceans Day.

Walker is the founder and president of the Paul Walker Foundation, which honors her late father and is dedicated to supporting environmental causes. She is also a supporter of the UNFPA, which is a nonprofit dedicated to reproductive health, and has shared several posts on Instagram highlighting causes she finds important.
4. She Recovered From A Tumor

Walker is a mostly private person, but she revealed a major health scare that she had. In November 2021, Walker revealed in an Instagram post that she had a tumor removed two years ago. She wrote in the caption, “2 years ago today. I’ve come a very long way. Bye bye tumor. Blessed & grateful.”
5. She’s All About Self-Care
Walker tells Vogue that she makes time for herself, and is all about self-care. She listed some of her favorite things to do to unwind to the magazine. “I’m really into wellness, especially natural holistic medicine. I love acupuncture, yoga and meditation. I work with a healer who practices Chinese medicine and we're doing breathwork, which is much more difficult than I thought.”
