In an IGTV, Megan revealed that she puts her health—not the number on the scale—first. "It's not necessarily a weight loss journey but a health journey  Y'all will be experiencing this with me every step of the way 😝 real healthy girl …" she said, introducing her "Hottie Bootcamp" to fans.

Train Hard

Megan's "Hottie Bootcamp" workouts are intense. A blend of strength and cardio workouts, including squats and kettlebell exercises, they effectively train the entire body. "These kettle bell work outs are hard…I really hate them butttt they get the job done," she captioned one of her videos.

Keep Exercise Interesting

Megan likes to think outside of the box when it comes to exercise. During a pole dancing workout, she declared it "thee hardest work out I've ever done," in an Instagram video. "Sometimes doing the same workouts or working out in the same places becomes a lil boring/ repetitious for me so I had to spice it up a little bit and take a pole class." She said it was tough "but I'm definitely going back ! What are somethings y'all do to keep the work out interesting ?"

Eat Healthy

Megan eats healthy most of the time. According to BET she once embarked on a seven-day challenge, which included no bread, no sugar, and no fried food.

Hydration Is Key

Megan has revealed that she drinks a whopping gallon of water per day. Says the Mayo Clinic: "So how much fluid does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need? The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is:

  • About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men
  • About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women"

Cheat Meals Do a Body Good

Megan is a big fan of the cheat meal. "Am I the only one that starts craving random" stuff "when I'm eating clean," she wrote in a post. Chopped beef sandwiches, pancakes, M&Ms, and "some s'mores…." are a few of her go-to treats.
