Khalifa posted this post on Instagram of herself doing a leg extension on a reformer. She captioned the photo, "Almost 30lbs of resistance on my megaformer springs here, so that definitely helped the stretch."

Khalifa is a big fan of lifting weights and doing strength training. She has posted photos and videos on Instagram of herself using dumbbells and hand weights. Weight training provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to adapt and get stronger, similar to the way aerobic conditioning strengthens your heart," says the Mayo Clinic. She Runs On The Treadmill
Khalifa is a fan of running on the treadmill to get her cardio workouts in. She posted this video from the gym of herself and her friends running on the treadmills. Running on a treadmill, or just running in general is a great way to exercise. Not only does running help your heart work, it can also help you sleep better.
