Molly-Mae Hague is sharing some of her favorite swimsuit memories with her followers. The Love Island star shows off her amazing figure in her latest Instagram Stories in a series of flashback photos taken throughout the year. 1. She Works Out Daily

If you want to stay in shape a la Molly-Mae, plan on making daily trips to the gym. "I'm a massive gym freak, I gym pretty much every day," she said, according to The Sun. She works out with trainer, Connor O'Brien who gave a rundown of her average workout session training for Love Island. In the clip, she does 4 x 10 reps of leg presses, leg curls and shoulder presses, before finishing off with 3 x 12 reps of sissy squats, lat raises and cable pull-aparts. "We only had a very short time to get Molly-Mae the results she wanted. She found out quite late on that she was going into the villa. We did a lot of sessions in a short time frame and devised a diet plan after body fat testing so that it suited what it was she needed. It was only about two weeks we had, but we worked on getting her the body that she wanted," he told Liverpool Echo.
2. She Rides Horses

Molly-Mae loves riding horses. In her YouTube vlog dubbed “A Day In The Life Of…” she revealed she was an experienced equestrian and started horse riding lessons in adulthood. She encouraged anyone who may be "apprehensive about starting a hobby at a slightly older age" to try it out.
3. She Drinks a Ton of Water

In one of her YouTube vlogs, Molly-Mae explained why hydration is so important and that her goal is drinking three liters of water a day. However, she admits that she "really struggles to drink enough water." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
4. She Gets Her Steps In

Molly-Mae gets her steps in by going for walks regularly. She even shares videos of them on her YouTube channel. The Mayo Clinic endorses regular brisk walking, explaining that it can help you maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat, prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, and type 2 diabetes. It can also help improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve muscle endurance, increase energy levels, improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep, improve your balance and coordination, strengthen immune system, and reduce stress and tension.
5. Her Diet Is Protein Packed

Molly-Mae prioritizes protein in her diet. In a YouTube vlog “What I Eat In A Day," she revealed what an average day of her diet looks like. In the morning she starts out with a breakfast of a chocolate protein meal replacement shake made with water and ice, which fills her up and keeps her energized. Next, for lunch she will eat sweet potato mash, chicken breast, guacamole, falafel, and broccoli. Her average dinner? A salad consisting of half a pouch of Uncle Ben's Spicy Mexican rice, lettuce, sweetcorn, two bacon rashers, Quorn chicken slices, hummus, and coleslaw. She added that she is "actually addicted” to chicken sausages, eating five in a day.
6. She Burns More Calories Than She Consume

To Molly-Mae, weight loss is simple. When she wants to lose a few pounds she simply focuses on achieving a "slight calorie deficit,” consuming less calories than she burns. "I wanted to get my body back to a point where I can go on shoots... and still feel confident,” she said.
