According to the website, Mouni eats mini meals every two hours to keep herself from experiencing hunger pangs and revving her metabolism. "Select foods that satisfy your hunger, supply your body with energy and provide important nutrients. Opt for snacks of 100 calories or less to stay within your daily calorie goal," says the Mayo Clinic. "So what are some smart choices? Here are several suggestions for snacks that are 100 calories or less:

  • 1 cup sliced bananas and fresh raspberries (or any fruit)
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 2 cups air-popped popcorn

Her Zindagi maintains that she drinks at least 10 glasses per day, which is beneficial in removing toxins and keeps her skin glowing. "Every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to work properly. For example, water:

  • Gets rid of wastes through urination, perspiration and bowel movements
  • Keeps your temperature normal
  • Lubricates and cushions joints
  • Protects sensitive tissues," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Makes Her Own Food

While Mouni has a few guilty pleasures, including junk food, Chinese food, and Sprite, she tries to eat healthy most of the time. One of her main ways of doing this is only eating homemade food and avoiding eating out.

She Does Yoga

In an Instagram post, Mouni revealed that yoga and mediation helped change her mindset and positively impacted her body. "It is so so imp to include yoga in daily life for a person's body, mind and soul," she wrote. " Start slow and steady, simple things, what your body can adapt quickly, slowly you ll see your body and mind asking for more. Replace the craving for bad with the good. Slow & steady. One tiny change at a time. And tog it ll bring the physical and mental discipline which ll have a positive impact on your entire day, helps me be way less vague & anxious than I used to be before. I hope for all of us to continue and let go of all the garbage that we don't need in our minds and lives and bring positive changes lil by lil err'yday."
