She Does Instagram Workouts
Campbell makes sure that she stays in shape. And she didn't let the pandemic stop her. Campbell did Instagram workouts with her trainer, Joe Holder, each day. Holder explained to Vogue, "With everything going on, she wanted to keep working out and had the idea to get other people involved, showing the hard work that she puts in each day, while creating a space of joy and community as things slow down."
She Starts Her Morning With Hot Water Or Tea
Campbell revealed her daily schedule to Harper's Bazaar. She says that she starts her wellness routine first thing in the morning. "The first thing I do [in the morning] is have hot water with lemon and probiotics," she says. "I've never drunk coffee. I don't like the smell. If I need it, I will have one cup of green tea. I'm into herbal tea."
Campbell tells Harper's Bazaar that she has adopted a vegetarian diet. "I never thought I would [go vegetarian]," she says. "It was just something I decided to do. I don't know how long it's going to last, but I just feel lighter and easier." Harvard Health reports, "Compared with meat eaters, vegetarians tend to consume less saturated fat and cholesterol and more vitamins C and E, dietary fiber, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, and phytochemicals (plant chemicals), such as carotenoids and flavonoids. As a result, they're likely to have lower total and LDL (bad) cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and lower body mass index (BMI), all of which are associated with longevity and a reduced risk for many chronic diseases."
She Eats Healthy
Campbell makes sure that she eats healthy. She revealed some of her secrets to W Magazine. She says that she limits her sugar, eats a balanced diet, and stays hydrated. "I take care of myself, eat well, try to balance what I put in my body. I stay away from sugar and drink lots of water."
She Loves Green Juice
One thing Campbell does to eat healthy is enjoy a green juice. She tells W Magazine that this is a big part of her daily diet. "I have probably two or three green juices a day." Green juices are an easy way to get more servings of vegetables and fruits into your diet. It is easier to just drink them, rather than eat them raw, or prepare them with other ingredients.
