She Mixes It Up

Roser revealed some of her favorite workouts to Body & Soul. She says that she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "When I don't have a PT, or can't think up a routine, I'll do reformer Pilates at KX Pilates. If I'm in the gym, I'll mix cardio with weights, or do body weight HIIT training like F45."

She Loves Outdoor Activities

Roser loves to spend time outside. She tells Body & Soul that she does a lot of outdoor sports. "When I'm not training, I like to go on hikes, or kayaking," she says. "Anything outdoors."

She Learns From Social Media

Roser credits Instagram with helping her learn about different workouts. "I'd stepped into a gym, but was too scared to try any machine apart from a treadmill," she tells Body & Soul. "Instagram has really introduced me to the world of training with how-to videos on correct technique. I never did weight training until I hit my early 20s."

She Tries To Stay Motivated

Roser tries to stay consistent with her workouts, but she admits that it can be difficult. She tells Body & Soul that she always tries to stay motivated to workout. "My motivation can come and go in waves. Keeping constant is something I'm always working on and need to be aware of. When my motivation is down, I remind myself of the why."

She Did An Alkaline Detox

Roser tells Women's Health that she tried a new detox plan to eat healthy. "I'm currently on an alkaline diet, which is a sort of detox program where I eat a restricted vegan diet for 14 days, and it kind of helps to cleanse my system, and it helps with my skin and my sleep, and it helps me feel really, really good. Then I'll slowly reintroduce dairy products and sugars and things like that. It's just really nice healthy food, nothing processed, nothing unnatural or artificial. And it makes me feel incredible."
