Roser credits Instagram with helping her learn about different workouts. "I'd stepped into a gym, but was too scared to try any machine apart from a treadmill," she tells Body & Soul. Roser tries to stay consistent with her workouts, but she admits that it can be difficult. She tells Body & Soul that she always tries to stay motivated to workout. "My motivation can come and go in waves. Keeping constant is something I'm always working on and need to be aware of. When my motivation is down, I remind myself of the why."

She Did An Alkaline Detox

Roser tells Women's Health that she tried a new detox plan to eat healthy. "I'm currently on an alkaline diet, which is a sort of detox program where I eat a restricted vegan diet for 14 days, and it kind of helps to cleanse my system, and it helps with my skin and my sleep, and it helps me feel really, really good. Then I'll slowly reintroduce dairy products and sugars and things like that. It's just really nice healthy food, nothing processed, nothing unnatural or artificial. And it makes me feel incredible."
