1. She Doesn’t Deprive Herself
Scherzinger says that she tries to eat as healthy as possible. However, she also says that she doesn’t deprive herself of indulgences, and advises others to do the same. “Don’t deprive yourself of anything because eventually you’ll crave it and then you might binge on it,” she says to Women’s Health. Scherzinger also says that her motto is, “Everything in moderation."
2. She’s Careful About Her Makeup Products

Scherzinger has incredibly flawless skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even when she has to put on a lot of makeup. Scherzinger gave some of her skin-care tips to Getthegloss.com, saying, “I add a lot of moisturizer to my foundations to illuminate my skin and use highlighter on my cheekbones. I also use cream blushes and cream eyeshadows.”
3. She Loves Hot Yoga

Scherzinger is open about her love of practicing yoga. However, she tells Getthegloss.com that she particularly loves a specific kind of yoga class. “I love hot yoga. I just love the sweat, I love that it pushes you in hot temperatures and I love the stretching side of it.” "Specifically regarding hot yoga, the challenge comes from both the temperature of the studio and the intensity of the different standing and stretching postures. Scherzinger told Goodto.com that she loves to spend time outside. She said, “I also love to just zone out, listen to music and jog. All you need is a good playlist – especially since the good weather is coming in the UK and there are so many gorgeous parks. I love taking advantage of all those parks when I’m in the UK.”

Scherzinger tells Express that she likes to eat healthy, and avoids food with a lot of preservatives and unhealthy ingredients. “I always try to eat fresh and avoid preservatives – eat things that you know are clean. I avoid filling my house with bad snacks as I know I’d always go for those if I’m hungry."
