1. Eat Healthy Most of the Time
Like so many stars, Olivia eats healthy, most of the time. "I stick to the 80-20 rule," she told Hamptons magazine about her diet. "Eighty percent of the time I'm really good, and then 20% of the time I allow myself to eat, not whatever, but indulge a little more, I guess you could say." She added to Women’s Health that she focuses on consuming healthy fiber and protein throughout the day, starting her morning off with coffee with oat milk and a bowl of fruit, avocado toast and egg whites, followed by a salad for lunch. "I love chicken and any veggies with a miso vinaigrette."
2. Move Your Body Every Day
Olivia believes that moving a little bit every day keeps the pounds at bay. This is why she created the 20-minute Cardio Challenge on social media. "That is basically 20 minutes of cardio at whatever speed you want. I've been doing it with my followers encouraging them to join the challenge and just do whatever feels right for 20 minutes," she explains. What make it so great? The star explains "it doesn't feel too overwhelming," and it is an easy way to get moving. "Before you know it, it's over."
3. Make Exercise Accessible

Olivia also relies on P.volve workouts, a low-impact method with portable equipment that can be done anytime, anyplace. "The P.volve workout is great for me because I travel a lot," she told Shape. "There are 3-pound ankle weights, 2-pound free weights, and tons of elastic bands that you can use in different ways."

Olivia suggests keeping healthy snacks around to avoid indulging in junk. "I'm obsessed with nuts," she revealed to Women's Health. She also mixes her nuts with sweets. "I need energy on set, so I like the raisins and the chocolate," she explained.
5. Be Consistent

Olivia emphasizes the importance of consistency with any exercise plan. "I've noticed it's very important to be consistent with workouts," she told Shape. "I think it's really easy for people to go through phases where they're really intense with their workouts and then they kind of fall out of it." This is why exercise is a daily event for her. "I try to stay active as much as I can by doing low-impact, high-intensity workouts so that I'm consistent and I don't wake up one day and realize it's been two weeks and I haven't worked out."
