Paige VanZant is channeling her inner Baywatch babe! The UFC fighter and Dancing with the Stars alum flaunts her famous figure in a red swimsuit in her latest Instagram post and shares an inspiring message. “Keep your spirit light, your booty tight, & your goals in sight,” she captioned it. How does the 28-year-old stay fit? She recently revealed all of her secrets to Eat This, Not That! Read on to see 7 of Paige VanZant’s top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Do Exercise Outdoors

Paige clearly does her fair share of working out in the gym, but she also encourages breaking a sweat al fresco. "Go on walks or hikes somewhere with pretty scenery or find a place that's peaceful where you can enjoy being active in the environment," she suggests."When you surround yourself with sights you enjoy, it distracts from the fact that you're working out."

2. Don’t Starve Yourself

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Celebrates 2019 Issue Launch At SeaSpiceGetty Images

Paige emphasizes the importance of fueling up for fitness."If I don't eat enough it has the opposite effect on my body. I'm literally always hungry and always eating something healthy to fuel my body," she said.

3. Do Treat Yourself

While Paige eats healthy most of the time, she stresses the importance of cheat meals. "Whether you're trying to lose weight, or just want to stay fit and healthy, I think it's important to treat yourself in moderation," she explained. "If I deprive myself of good treats then I'm not happy, and when I'm not happy it's hard to stay positive. When I allow myself sweets in small amounts, it also prevents binge eating, which makes me feel sick afterward."

4. Don’t Focus On the Numbers

Paige doesn’t focus on her weight. "Don't stress yourself out about numbers on the scale," tshe said. Instead, she pays attention to other indicators."Set goals, but understand muscle weighs more than fat so the number on the scale might even go up as you get more fit. To measure my success, I go by how my clothes fit."

5. Do Trick Yourself Into Eating Healthy

Vegan,Tofu,Curry,With,Brown,RiceShutterstock

Paige loves some semi-unhealthy foods. Whenever possible, she tries to make healthier swaps to indulge her cravings without compromising her health. "I'll substitute tofu for chicken when I'm cooking curry and trick myself into eating more veggies by adding spices. It helps big time," she dished.

6. Don’t Look at Exercise As a Chore

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Hosts "SI Swimsuit On Location" At Ice Palace - Day 1Getty Images

The more you enjoy exercise, the more likely you are to actually do it. "To keep things interesting, find a fun kickboxing class or another workout or class you enjoy,” she says. "Whether it's weight lifting by yourself or a weekly Zumba class with your friend, it doesn't matter. Just find something you like that keeps you active."

7. Do Hydrate

Paige emphasizes the importance of hydration "Most people don't drink the amount of water their bodies require," she explains. "When you're hydrated, everything works better and you feel better, too." For more of Paige’s tips, head over to Eat This, Not That!

Paige VanZant, the mixed martial artist, just posted a new revealing photo on her Instagram. The fighter lounged in a pool wearing a blue bikini, showing off her toned body. VanZant revealed that she had just finished a workout, and didn’t get a photo of it, so she decided to post a revealing photo instead. Read on to see 6 ways Paige VanZant stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s A Fighter

VanZant is a professional mixed martial arts fighter and boxer. Naturally, this means she’s in top shape at all times. Boxing and martial arts are a great way of getting exercise, and can help with muscle building and burning calories. A 2017 study in Biology of Sport states that boxing can increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.

2. She Takes Ice Baths

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Kicks Off 2019 Issue Launch Weekend At Irma's At The W South BeachJohn Parra/Getty Images

In this reel from her Instagram, VanZant revealed that she likes to take ice baths to help her muscles recover. Ice baths, while cold, are a great way to help your body recover from a tough workout. Elizabeth Gardner, MD, tells Byrdie that ice baths work well because of the “rapid dilation of the blood vessels also delivers much-needed oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, which in theory should help them to recover after a hard workout.”

3. She Enjoys Time in The Pool

VanZant loves to spend time in the pool, and posts a lot of poolside and swimming photos and videos on Instagram.

4. She Works Out With Her Husband

UFC Fight Night: Cejudo v DillashawSergi Alexander/Getty Images

VanZant and her husband, fellow MMA fighter, Austin Vanderford, like to workout together. They sometimes will work out with the same coach. VanZant posted this video on Instagram of the couple exercising together. She captioned the video, “Couples who workout together stay together.”

5. She Weight Trains

VanZant is a fan of weight training, and she isn’t afraid to do some heavy lifting. Literally. VanZant posted this video on Instagram of herself lifting a large barbell. She captioned the video, “What’s the weight???;) Getting stronger with coach @evertonvoliviera at @americantopteam.”

6. She Does Yoga

Paige VanZant, the AEW fighter, is, needless to say, fit. And she has extra energy, finding time to appear on Dancing with the Stars and Chopped. Her fans recently asked which superhero powers she’d want. “Would you rather have super speed or the ability to fly,” she was asked in an Instagram Q+A. (She’d want to fly.) She also shared a photo in a swimsuit and captioned it: “The Life.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Paige VanZant stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. This Has Been Her Workout

VanZant was asked about her workout a while back. “Every day is different it depends on what day of the week it is,” says VanZant to Vogue. “We have lots of classes, wrestling, jujitsu. I do a lot of Pilates, yoga, CrossFit as well. I also try to include one relaxing workout through the week like hiking.”

2. CrossFit Works

CrossFit is a great way to build strength. “Strength training can help you tone your muscles and improve your appearance. With a regular strength training program, you can reduce your body fat, increase bone strength, increase your lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Better yet, strength training doesn't have to take as long as you might think. Do strength exercises for all the major muscle groups at least two times a week. Aim to do one set of each exercise using a weight or resistance level heavy enough to tire your muscles after about 12 to 15 repetitions and stamina over time.”

3. She Developed a Healthy Approach to Eating

Trying to make her weight for feights was detrimental to her health. She told People: “I was at a fight where a fellow UFC fighter, Uriah Hall, was cutting weight and he pushed himself just to the brink of death. He had kidney failure and started seizing in the hallway right in front of me,” she said. “It’s because of that I’m like ‘I can’t do this anymore.’” “I recently went up to the Flyweight division which is 10 lbs. heavier, which is a huge difference,” she added.

4. She Eats Veggies

While getting healthy in fight camp, VanZant ate meals high in protein and healthy vegetables. For example: “Spinach is high in vitamins A and C and folate. It's also a good source of magnesium. The plant compounds in spinach may boost your immune system. The carotenoids found in spinach — beta carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin — also are protective against age-related vision diseases, such as macular degeneration, as well as heart disease and some types of cancer,” says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Ups Her Protein

“Protein is made up of essential and non-essential amino acids. A complete protein source is one that contains all nine essential amino acids to support human dietary needs,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “Not only does a complete protein contain all essential amino acids, but it also contains them in perfect proportion in terms of biological function. Great examples include whey (dairy sources), lean meat, egg whites and soy.”

Van Zant is a boxer, so that naturally is one of the ways she stays in shape. She broke down her training schedule to Women Fitness, and revealed it’s pretty intense. “Since I have switched over to professional boxing my schedule consists of boxing every day, sometimes twice a day. I do all of my training at American Top Team, a world renowned MMA and combat academy.”

5. She Makes Sure To Eat Enough

An important part of Van Zant’s boxing training is her diet. She says that a big part of her diet is making sure she gets enough calories each day. "To stay fit and lose weight you have to make sure you eat enough food, VanZant told Eat This, Not That. "If I don't eat enough it has the opposite effect on my body. I'm literally always hungry and always eating something healthy to fuel my body."

Love Island star Paige Turley is officially saying goodbye to Spain until her next vacation there in 2023. The singer posted a picture of herself on instagram, looking beautiful in a printed bathing suit and sarong. “Until next year IBZ 🪩💥,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Turley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Does Boot Camp Workouts

Turley is a huge fan of boot camp-style classes. “I've been going to boot camp classes for about two years,” Turley tells Women’s Health. 'The classes were a mix of cardio and weighted work – so, you might have the bleep test or running with a weighted backpack in the first half of the class followed by weights circuits. It was nice to have a mix!”

2. She Is Focusing On Getting Fit

Turley’s goals for 2022 were not just to get into shape again after pandemic lockdown weight gain, but to be fit and healthy with her boyfriend Finn Tapp. "We've actually been following nutrition plans and going to the gym three times a week,” she says. “We say that – but this is the first week, so… We're going to stick to it this time hopefully."

3. She Practices Yoga

Turley loves to practice yoga, even when she’s on the move. “I actually went traveling and did yoga everywhere I went,” Turley says. “I've tried various types but Vinyasa is the one I like most – it's a bit slower than my HIIT classes but I can still feel my body and muscles working.”

4. She Is Down-To-Earth

TRIC Awards 2020 - LondonIan West/Getty Images

Turley sees herself as a singer first and foremost. “I certainly don’t think I’m a celebrity or anything – I’m just a girl who won a competition,” she says. “I’ve never dreamt of fame, that just baffles me. I’d like recognition for my musical talent and I’m hoping this will open doors for me, although you can be judged more harshly if you’ve been on a reality show. Luckily, I’d already established my career in music – I’ve been performing and gigging in Scotland for years.”

5. She Protects Her Mental Health

Turley is careful to protect her mental wellbeing at all times. “I enjoy yoga because it helps to relax me,” she says. “If I feel stressed I’ll have a long, hot bath and listen to a meditation app. I also love going on long walks with Finn and our dog which really chills me out. I’m quite a strong person with a thick skin and you need to be to take part in a reality show. Also I don’t take myself too seriously. If I started behaving differently because I’d been on the show, my friends and family would soon tell me straight ‘get over yourself, Paige’. I have a fantastic support network and that’s vital for wellbeing and keeps me grounded.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
