Paris believes that inner beauty radiates. "I was raised with the idea that beauty comes from the inside. You can find the most attractive looking person, but if they have an ugly heart, they're ugly. You know what I mean?" she told Vogue UK

She Completes a Gratitude List Daily

Paris also is clear about setting her intentions. "It's my gratitude list or my spiritual practices or reflection, where I ask: What could I have done better today? What will I do tomorrow that will be of service to another person? I've done it every night for the last few months. If I'm doing a gratitude list every night and I'm living in gratitude, it's very difficult to get upset," she told Vogue UK.

She Does Self Affirmations

Paris struggled with confidence until she found her place in the modeling world. It was then that she found the spiritual connection needed to feel beautiful. "I'm very young, so six years to me is a long time. But in the last six years that I've been modeling… it wasn't until a couple years ago that I started really feeling beautiful. And 's because I started working on myself, I started practicing affirmations and developing a strong spiritual life. And that is what led to loving myself and feeling beautiful. I started working on the inside first. I think if I worked on the outside, I would just stay on the outside," she told Vogue UK.

Paris explains that she suffered PTSD from paparazzi experiences with her father as a young child. "I experience audio hallucinations sometimes of camera clicks and severe paranoia," Paris Jackson said to friend Willow Smith for Smith's first Red Table Talk Takeover. "I've been going to therapy, for a lot of things, but that included."

Over the years, Paris has attempted suicide multiple times. However, she claims that she has finally come to "the radical acceptance that it just wasn't meant to be." She continued: "It was like 'OK, OK, OK I've tried so many times (to attempt suicide) maybe it's just not my time' and that sucks," she said. "It was just the radical acceptance of when it's my time, it's my time and I'll wait it out until then and during that waiting time I've found just more and more joys in life and more ways to cope."

She Is Spiritual

Paris is very spiritual and wants to become a Shaman. "I was taught to educate myself as best I can on as much as I can and choose what works best for me," she told Vogue Australia. "I studied Buddhism for about two years before finding Wicca. The main reason I stuck with that is because it all comes down to worshipping nature. Right now I consider myself on the healer's path as I study to hopefully become a shaman one day."
