If you expect time to heal everything, no It's going to happen. So, I've been doing a diet that a doctor has recommended to me and I'm also doing my treatments and doing sports," she revealed in an interview. "The truth is that I'm very well. She Does Pelvic Floor Exercises

In a recent post Paula revealed why she does pelvic floor exercises one day per week. "Pelvic floor muscles contract and relax at the same time as other muscle groups, such as the diaphragm or abdominal muscles," she wrote. So with this type of training, combining breathing and hypotensives, we can gain a lot of strength and resistance in the pelvic floor," she continued. "For what?? Well, because it is the one responsible for holding the pelvic organs (bladder, urethra, uterus, vagina and rectum) and while working, it tones and gives more elasticity to the muscles of the area. this prevents that in the future we may have problems like the dreaded "escapes".. besides that it improves the quality of sex.. and many other things you can search on any page that talks about it.. So you understand me, sometimes we care too much about the outside and not so much about the inside.. and taking care of our pelvic floor is essential..And yes, and it also shows on the outside, the waist shrinks."

Evidently I don't do ballet (@balletfitoficial) to become a dancer but y'all don't know how happy this makes me! And not just because of the physical changes, but because of what motivates me and amuses me (although I suffer more than with any other discipline I've tried)," she wrote in a post.
