When Goto appeared on Instagram looking noticeably different, her fans wanted to know what was up. She revealed that she had decided to start working out more, for a good reason. Goto was prepping for a role, and worked with a personal trainer. "I have been exercising a lot and I have been training a lot for the character and it has made me thinner," she responded.

She Horseback Rides

Goto does a lot of different things to stay in shape. One thing she does is go on horseback rides. Goto decided to spend last New Year's Eve going riding. She shared these highlights on Instagram. She Does Aerial Work

Goto likes to do aerial dancing to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself using a hoop and silks. She captioned it, "There are lots of ways to stay healthy and happy! No matter what you do, choose an activity and have fun."

She Dances

Goto doesn't just use a hoop for aerial work. She also likes to dance with it. Goto posted this video on Instagram of herself dancing and doing tricks with a hoop. She captioned the video, "This is how I get with Air Hoop." According to Prudential, dancing doesn't just have physical benefits.
