The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. She Strength Trains

Paulina hits the gym where she does strengthtraining. An average workout for her involves moves like leg lifts, squats, sled pushes, and pull-ups. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

She Rides Bikes

Bike riding is another healthy habit of Paulina's. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

She Consumes a Lot of Protein

Paulina's physical trainer Juan Ubaque once revealed that his client consumes a lot of lean protein. "A Paulina breakfast can be scrambled eggs and orange juice; at mid-morning a slice or portion of mozzarella or peasant cheese, at lunch time chicken or fish with some salad; later some almonds and at night something similar to lunch," he said.
