In order to get back into shape after having a baby Peal started working out with a personal trainer. "I've been training with Lindo Thabede and it looks like something is happening!" she revealed on Instagram, adding that she makes sure she is "constantly moving."

She Eats Healthy

In the same post she reveals that "being mindful about what I put into my body," is helpful with her weight loss.  "I don't always get it right, but I keep at it when I fall off," she said. "Now to implement more discipline in my diet."

She Drinks Green Juice

Pearl drinks her greens. "Pizza and a night out yesterday. A workout and a green smoothie today…" she captioned a recent post. In another, she writes, "just over here in front of the camera, drinking my greens and minding my business. What are you beautiful souls up to?"

She Hikes

Peal also gets her steps in by hiking and is rewarded not only with a fit figure but a great view. "669 meters above sea level in my favourite city! Making it to the top is a great feat and the beauty of the paranomic views from up there is the sweetest icing on the cake," she captioned a photo.

She Drinks Red Wine

When Pearl enjoys wine, she sticks to red. "I'm on a liquid diet," she joked in a photo. Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."
