1

Personal Trainer

Jolie used a personal trainer to help her get into shape. "Honestly, it's easy to gain weight, but it's really hard to lose weight," she says. "After a while without exercise, the whole body ached. A lot of exercise after the first session, the body is so tired that it can't do anything. I had to hire my own PT to come to my house to guide the appropriate exercise regimen."

2

Limiting Starch

Jolie avoids too much starch in her diet. "30 minutes before eating, I drink lemon juice mixed with honey and ginger to purify the body," she says. "Then, I eat fruit mixed with yogurt, chia seeds. If you crave starch, you can use an extra slice of black bread."

3

Protein and Vegetables

Jolie enjoys a variety of meat, vegetables, and fruit. "Low-calorie foods that are often included in the menu are white meat, beef, and I absolutely do not eat pork," she says. "Fish, green vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, non-starchy tubers such as carrots, squash. … and non-sweet fruits like guava, apple, grapefruit, orange."

Jolie works on building muscle for her long-term fitness. "I usually just spend 15 minutes jogging and then do muscle group exercises," she says. "When the body is toned and muscular, eating will no longer be a big problem. Besides, I drink a lot of filtered water and orange juice to be good for the body."

5

Yoga Every Day

Jolie does some exercise every day. "Every day, I spend an hour doing yoga," she says. "The effect of this subject is good sleep, reduced stomach pain, increased resistance, rosy, healthy skin. For the gym, the training schedule/day is as follows: 30 minutes jogging to burn body fat, and 30 minutes of practicing basic movements to tone the whole body."
