She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Pooja does a variety of workouts to stay in shape. She revealed to Vogue India  that she does headstand workshops, aerial dance classes, Pilates, calisthenics,  kick-boxing, circuit, and interval training. "My grandfather is a sportsman who has been felicitated by the President of India. My mom was super athletic. But I always had a lazy excuse ready for every PT class," she admitted.

She Doesn't Try and Be Someone She Is Not

Pooja used to strive for unrealistic body image goals, but has learned to accept herself. "We have so many beauty standards. I have been told I am fat and also too thin. All my life I have wanted to be like someone else—have the legs and torso of a Victoria's Secret model perhaps—until I realized I can't," she told Vogue.

She Doesn't Do Crash Diets

Pooja maintains a healthy diet, avoiding crash diets and also juice cleanses. "You need to take care of your body till you're 40. After that, your body will take care of you," she told Vogue. She also revealed that she eats every two hours.

She Hydrates…From the Inside Out and Outside In

Hydration is also a big part of Pooja's strategy. Not only does she drink a lot of water, but uses coconut oil on her skin and in her food. "Coconut oil contains a high level of saturated fat, iron, and vitamins K and E which helps hair grow at a much more rapid pace. Additionally, coconut oil can strengthen damaged hair by providing it with extra moisture, which prevents dandruff, lice, fungus, and other infections. Furthermore, coconut oil cannot only provide many health benefits to your hair, but it can also help to serve as a natural, organic styling aid used to add volume and shine and combat frizz," says Penn Medicine.

She Does Outdoor Activities

Pooja is very active and spends a lot of time outdoors. She loves hiking, snorkeling, and taking walks. "Found Nemo! He and his friend were cuties ☺️☺️ #snorkeltales" she captioned this photo from one of her snorkeling trips.
