The Real Housewives of Atlanta star shows off her fantastic figure while posing for photos via a few of her latest Instagram posts. “Adhd hit mid photo sesh,” she captioned one video, wearing a purple swimsuit while lounging by the pool. 1. Rule 1: Focus Your Diet Around Plant-Based Food

Porsha is one of the many stars who promote a (mostly) plant-based diet. "My big news in my house is that I am a born-again vegan. Baby vegan, to be exact,” she shared in 2021. Eliminating meat from her diet helped her lose 10 pounds in 2020. “Baby vegan is basically a vegan that is completely plant-based, so I'm about 99.9 percent vegan. Meaning if the Lord say, 'Today you can have that cheese on that salad,' then I am not going to pick it off because that would be against what the Lord wants for me."

2. Rule 2: Just Say No to Crash Diets

"Single Not Searching" Premiere Hosted By Lisa RayeParas Griffin/Getty Images

Porsha shies away from trendy, crash diets. "For my diet, I really am not on anything strict to be honest. I just do what makes sense. If I’m craving a hamburger, I’ll have a hamburger. But then the next day I’ll make sure that I have a salad, a lot of water, and a good mix of vegetables. Same goes for something like pizza, if I want it I’ll have it, but then the next day I’ll make sure it is filled with healthy habits,” she explained about her approach to nutrition in an interview with Glamour.

3. Rule 3: Try Intermittent Fasting

Porsha.Williams.3Porsha Williams/Instagram

Porsha swears by intermittent fasting. Her method “is where you only eat between a certain set of hours then fast the rest of the day,” she told Glamour. “When I do it, I’ll typically limit my eating window to about six hours."

4. Rule 4: Do Ab Work

Porsha.Williams.4Porsha Williams/Instagram

Porsha has been training with Darrell Patterson for six years, doing boxing, strength, and weight training workouts. While she might do different workouts every day, she religiously works on her midsection. “I never skip abs. For some crazy reason I actually enjoy them. I can do a countless number, it’s like I have that natural strength. But since I had a baby, that’s been my main focus area,” she told Glamour.

5. Rule 5: Exercise in Your Bedroom

Porsha.Williams.5Porsha Williams/Instagram

Porsha makes exercise convenient. "I had no choice but to put my treadmill in my bedroom," she told Glamour. "So now I see it when I wake up, and I get right into doing about forty minutes on an incline at a 4.0 pace." She claims to get on the machine “at least four days a week and I get with a trainer once a week."

Julia lost a whopping 15 pounds in six weeks when she started dating Kanye West. “It just wasn’t sustainable,” she told The New York Times in an interview published on Thursday, March 3. “I lost, like, 15 pounds in that month.” She believes it was due to the stress and chaos of the relationship. “I tried my best to make it work,” she explained. “I already had a jam-packed life. How do I fit this really big personality into this already full life?”

2. She Admits to Going Under the Knife

Celebrity Sightings In New York - February 13, 2023BAUER-GRIFFIN via Getty Images

While she declared in a recent TikTok that “aging is fully in—like, fully,” she recently copped to Elle that she has gotten Botox, and once got liposuction, and is open to doing it again at some point. “I’m, like, saggy—like, things are not sitting the way they used to. But it’s like, I am not gonna do a damn thing about it,” she added.

3. She Believes in “Rehabilitation

“Julia doesn’t walking for Alexander Wang go against everything you stand for???” a fan recently asked Julia on TikTok, about the designer who has been accused of sexual assault. She wrote back: “2 b frank I love cancel culture, but we do need to leave room for rehabilitation & for those who put in the work & heal & learn from their mistakes.”

4. She Also Says That Chasing a Toddler Helps Her Stay in Shape

Celebrity Sightings In New York - February 15, 2023BAUER-GRIFFIN via Getty Images

After seeing a lot of “deep dives” into her weight loss she decided to respond in a November 2022 TikTok video. “My weight loss was one trillion percent unintentional,” she says, adding that people who knew her, knew that she was “known” for her curves. “After I had my son I was just rapidly dropping all this weight, “ she continues. At one point she even wondered if she had a tapeworm. “When I go to dinner, I eat,” she says, “and then I order all the desserts on the menu. It just happened because I’m a single mom and I chase a toddler around. I don’t know.”

5. She Battles ADHA and OCD

Julia is completely candid about mental health and openly discusses her ADHD and OCD diagnoses. In a September 2022 TikTok video she describes her mental health as being “very difficult" and desribed the highs and lows. “I have bouts of, like, great productivity, where I’m, like, on top of the world, and just feeling like I am invincible. And then I have moments of, like, deep, deep, deep, stagnant type of feeling. Like I just can’t f---ing move,” she says. “ADHD is really tough. I have a little bit of OCD as well, which I just realized. I used to count the number of letters inside of words in my head, and I’d always want them to reach to 10.”

Clothing designer and Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney is in Jamaica. And she just shared a lot of stunning photos on Instagram, including one of herself in a pink swimsuit. McSweeney captioned the post, “A thirst trap and a slice of heaven in my fav place, with my fav people BLESS UP!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Leah McSweeney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Box

McSweeney revealed on the Bravo podcast, The Daily Dish, that she loves to box. She even says that boxing has helped her prepare for all the drama and craziness of being a Real Housewife. “I mean, it’s such a psychological and mental strengthening exercise. It definitely helped me prepare.”

2. She’s Sober

"Not All Diamonds and Rosé: The Inside Story of The Real Housewives from the People Who Lived It" Book Launch PartyJamie McCarthy/Getty Images

In an interview with Yahoo Life, McSweeney revealed that she was sober, and had thought about making the choice to do so for a while. She said that the pandemic and lockdowns helped her make the choice to get sober. "I realized that it was gonna just go so dark so quick," she says. "…It's very hard to drink in a light and fun way during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic when you’re stuck at home, and people are dying everywhere. So yeah, I think that that kind of definitely put it in a full-speed stop."

3. Her Take on Fame

“I’m kind of the same [since becoming a Housewife]. I’m the same, but my life is a little different. It doesn’t feel like anything is different, but I know it is. I am still shocked that people recognize me. I always think that it’s someone I know when they’re looking at me and they say, ‘Hi’—like I know them from somewhere. Obviously, I think the show gave my life a boost. I needed a little boost and that’s what it did. I will say that I am a lot busier than I have been in a while, but all good stuff,” she told NewBeauty.

4. She Has a Book Coming Up About Mental Health

“I think that one of the best parts about being on the show has been being able to reach people and to have conversations about different topics, like mental health,” she told NewBeauty. She was diagnosed with bipolar II. “I was stunned when it got brought up on the show. but in hindsight, I’m so happy it did. My book”—Chaos Theory: How to Embrace the Unexpected and Find Meaning in the Madness, coming out in April—“it’s going to cover a lot of that stuff, too. I feel like we have been in a collective mental health crisis…our world is upside down on so many levels, but I think that the conversation has been brought to the forefront. There’s still so much stigma around it, though. I think we still have a long way to go.”

5. She Has Done Anti-Workouts

“I just started posting these little work out videos to help me motivate myself to work out,” McSweeney, 37, told Page Six. “I called them ‘anti-influencer’ workouts because I am not a fitness influencer nor do I care to be.” These “non-workout workouts” involve yoga poses, too. “I’m not a professional,” she told us. “I’m just a regular chick trying to not let herself go during the quarantine.”

Solange Knowles is in paradise, and deserves the break. The singer and performance artist has had some health issues, but looks relaxed in her new surroundings, sharing photos of herself swimming, and standing aside palm trees, as she wears a swimsuit. Although there is no caption, she did get some flattering comments. “Wife!!!” exclaimed director Melina Matsoukas. “There she go,” said Erykah Badu, who added three kiss emojis. How does she stay so fit despite staying so busy? Read on to see 6 ways Solange Knowles stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Has Learned to Accept Her Body

Knowles has said she needed to “learn to accept a lot of things” about her body. “And it isn't always easy. I often lose opportunities based on my will to want to navigate through that ownership of my body in the most authentic way. And I really kind of attained a lot of that from my mother.”

2. She Seeks Joy

Regarding one album, Knowles said: “I tried to do the work that would simply bring me the most joy. That would make me confront the things i am most afraid of. To reinforce those things until i really believed them. To realize time & space are big mysterious and I can only align on my own. Still got further to gooo.”

3. This is Her Take on Style

Lena Horne Prize Event Honoring Solange Knowles Presented By SalesforceJason Mendez/Getty Images

“Style has to play a part in everything that we do. It’s the way we communicate who we are before we say a word. I used to be really interested in fashion years ago, and the more I got pushed into that world, the more it actually motivated me to write this album. I felt that I was setting my intentions too much on fashion and not enough on style. So, once I kind of made that decision to really do this for me, my style has evolved and changed so much. It’s really interesting because moving to New Orleans people are 100 percent distinctively themselves. That gave me the courage to express myself in ways that I maybe was a little more self conscious about living in New York,” she told Stylecaster.

4. She Was Diagnosed With ADHD

“I was diagnosed with ADHD twice. I didn’t believe the first doctor who told me and I had a whole theory that ADHD was just something they invented to make you pay for medicine, but then the second doctor told me I had it,” Knowles has said. “The symptoms seem to apply to everyone around me in the industry. Loss of memory, starting something and not finishing it…”

5. She Had “Depleting Health”

The 2019 Met Gala Celebrating Camp: Notes on Fashion - ArrivalsDia Dipasupil/FilmMagic

“2 year anniversary of the project that literally changed my life. When I first started creating 'When I Get Home' I was quite literally fighting for my life ... in and out of hospitals (s/out park plaza on Binz! :) with depleting health and broken spirits asking God to send me a sign I would not only survive, but that if he let me make it out alive, I would step into the light whatever that meant. He begin speaking to me. Half the time I didn't know where it was coming from," she revealed on Instagram. She may have been referring to an autonomic disorder she had mentioned in the past. "I only knew I had to open the door and honor it. ... I didn't know who I was speaking to on 'I am a witness.'" "When I listen back, I hear a woman who had only an inkling of what the journey entailed, but didn't have a clue of why or what the journey would look like. This project has shown me, once you open that door, you can't go backwards."

6. This is One of the Things She’s Most Proud Of

“One of the things I’m most proud of in myself is that I’m okay to fail in front of the world; I’m okay to make mistakes and get back up and try again. You have to have that attitude when you want to experiment with different mediums,” she told Stylecaster.

Jamie Otis, the influencer, author, podcaster, and reality star, is looking forward to the warmer weather. Otis celebrated Memorial Day Weekend, and posted a stunning new reel on Instagram. In it, Otis walked in a desert canyon. She wore a black bathing suit, showing off her body. She captioned the reel, “This weekend marks the beginning of summer.☀️ We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls…Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.👙😎🏝.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jamie Otis stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Embraces Her Body

Otis is proud of her body, and she wants people to know it. She talks about self-love and body positivity on a lot of her Instagram posts, including her most recent Memorial Day reel. “We all have body hair, stretch marks, cellulite, and rolls,” Otis wrote. “Wear the suit and go enjoy yourself.”

2. She No Longer Takes “Before & After” Photos

One thing Otis is doing to help herself stay confident is not taking “before and after” photos for social media, especially after having her two kids. She revealed her explanations for doing this in this reel. “I'm never taking a degrading "before" pic again. It's just not for me anymore. After having my first rainbow baby, my goal was to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes asap. It was never about health. It's taken me decades to learn that I'm more than my pant size & the number on the scale doesn't define me. Halle-freakin-lujah.

3. She Went On A Cleanse

Otis revealed in this reel that she was about to make a lot of changes to her diet and lifestyle. “Today I am cutting out gluten, dairy, alcohol, and extra sugars bc my skin has been so red and dry,” she explained. “It's like my body has been screaming at me to take better care of it. I've got that eczema on my eyelids, dandruff and itchy scalp, and just ya know, no energy & always feeling physically & mentally drained.”

4. She Worked Out While She Was Pregnant

2019 A+E Networks UpfrontDia Dipasupil/Getty Images

Otis made sure to get workouts in while she was pregnant. On her website, she explained her reason for doing so. “I am committed to staying strong and healthy for me and my rainbow baby. I know that the first half of my pregnancy was a struggle, but I’m getting back on track (and writing this blog/putting it out into the world is my way of holding myself accountable)!”

5. She Opened Up About Her Struggles

In 2019, a controversial “Heartbeat Bill” was passed in some states, which would limit access to abortions, with Alabama banning them completely. When this happened, Otis wrote a guest piece for People about her own abortion, wanting to let others know they weren’t alone, and to reduce the stigma. “I know I’m going to get backlash for opening up about my past. Like I said, my abortions still torment me and I hate that I had to have them. However, am I thankful? Of course. I wouldn’t be able to be a good mother to my daughter right now or have been able to be a good parent to my siblings back then. The cycle continues because there’s not enough education about sex and birth control, and not enough support. There’s not enough constructive discussion about abortion. It sucks. It really sucks. But the truth of the matter is it is a necessary option.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

Fitness,,Sport,,Training,,Gym,And,Lifestyle,Concept,-,Group,OfShutterstock

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker.
