Don't Diet

Priyanka discourages dieting. "I don't really have a diet. I wing it by the seat of my pants," she explained to ELLE. "It's such a girl thing to do, like if I feel, 'Ughh, I put on a few pounds' and I feel gross about [myself] I suddenly start eating salad, protein, and soup. Otherwise, if I am feeling like I am in great shape I am okay with cheeseburgers and pizza. So, when someone asks me about my diet I feel terrible saying that I don't really have one."

Drink Lots of Water and Juices

Priyanka prioritizes hydration, telling Times of India that "juices and water are very high" on her intake list. "In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least 10 glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin," she said.

Carry Around a Jump Rope

Priyanka keeps a jump rope in her purse so she can get in a workout wherever she is."I love skipping. I learnt it really really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do," the star explained in an interview

4

Eat Earlier, Exercise Easier

Priyanka revealed to People that she pays attention to her diet as a result of the pandemic. One major thing she did was eliminate late night eating. "I was very used to eating dinner right before I went to bed, but I changed that completely. I try not to eat after 8 o'clock. I start my day with some exercise, and I make sure I'm drinking lots of water," she revealed.

Prioritize Self-Care

Priyanka is a big advocate of self-care. "If you have the ability to look out for your well-being, you also have the ability to look out for your family and friend's well-being," she said. "If you are inherently happy inside and you're investing in yourself and taking care of your own self, that's truly what wellness means.

Don't Obsess Over Working Out

Priyanka doesn't overdo it with exercise. "Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don't need too long to tone up and get into shape," she explained to Vogue India. "I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I'm exhausted by the end of it."
