Priyanka Chopra is celebrating "Throwback Thursday" on Instagram. And the memory she chose to revisit is a gorgeous one. In her most recent post, Chopra shared a photo of herself posing on a beach. In it, she wore a leopard bikini, with her abs on display, and her hair flowing in the wind. She captioned the photo, "Circa November 2000. Presenting my 18 year old 'smolder.'" She Works Out When She Needs To

Chopra revealed a lot of her workout secrets in an interview with Vogue. She says that she avoids over-exercising, and instead hits the gym when she needs to. "I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don't need too long to tone up and get into shape. I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I'm exhausted by the end of it."

She Lives An Active Life

For Chopra, fitness isn't just going to the gym, or doing exercise at home. It's being active throughout her day. She tells Vogue that she does things each day that will get her moving. "I try to be active in everyday life—I take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk instead of driving," she explains.

She Swims

Chopra tells Vogue that she likes to do full body workouts. And she has a favorite type in particular. "I also love swimming, it's a full-body workout," she says. "I'll try to do 10 laps continuously."

She Does This Cardio Trick

Chopra broke down her diet and exercise secrets in a video interview with Pinkvilla. In it, she revealed her go-to workout for when she's in a hotel or on the road. "I love skipping. I learnt it really really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in my skipping. It's easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it's easy to do."

She Does Her Own Stunts

Chopra has played a lot of roles in action films and TV shows. She tells Vogue that she does a lot of her own stuntwork in these roles. "I have to stay super active and agile because I do my own stunts. I do all my fights myself. I trust my body and my instincts."
