She Doesn't Listen to Trolls

One way Radhika maintains her mental health is by not taking trolls seriously. "I don't read the comments very much. So, I don't know if I am criticized or not, really. To be honest, criticism is not bad. You can read it and see whether it makes sense to you," she told Indian Express.

She Exercises

While Radhika doesn't regularly share workouts on social media ("I find it really bizarre," she said, she does exercise. "But I do yoga. I go for a run or a swim. These are the three things I love doing."

3

She Eats in Moderation

"I eat absolutely everything. I try to eat in moderation on most days," she revealed to Indian Express about how she approaches diet. "When I am on holiday, I indulge a lot and after that, for a month I try to eat healthy so that I lose the weight and go back to my average weight and then eat again. I just indulge once or twice a week in my normal routine."

4

She Has a Guilty Pleasure

"I have a massive sweet tooth," Radhika confessed to Indian Express when asked about cheat meals. "So, lots of cakes, ice-creams, tiramisu, croissants. I absolutely love anything sweet."

She Promotes Self-Love and Acceptance

Radhika is all about self-love. "In our society, people are expected to have an ideal shape and size. They are expected to fit into the smallest size. Everyone should accept and love themselves regardless of how society and popular culture view ideal shape, size, and appearance. The true purpose is to love yourself the way you are, whether you are thin or curvy. They should not only love themselves but realize their self-worth which is important," she told Indian Express.

She Hydrates

Radhika makes sure to stay hydrated, for her health and skin. "Water is the best to hydrate from within. If it's too hot, I'll have coconut or lemon water," she stated, per Vogue India. "Drinking coconut water can be a part of a healthy diet as it helps you stay hydrated while being low in calories and being free of fats and cholesterol. Before you crack open a bottle of coconut water, make sure you are aware of how it might affect those with high blood pressure and other conditions," says the Cleveland Clinic.

She Takes Supplements

To ensure she is getting the nutrients she needs, Radhika takes daily supplements. "I supplement my diet with flaxseed powder, probiotics, and Vitamin C and B12," she shared, per Vogue. "Roughly one in three Americans (75 million) has high blood pressure, also known as hypertension, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A normal blood pressure reading is 120 over 80, so if you find you consistently exceed these numbers, it's time to visit your physician. Flaxseed oil, though, should be able to help, according to Greek researchers. In their 12-week study of 59 middle-aged men, they discovered that consumption of this oil resulted in significantly lowered blood pressure readings. This little addition to your daily diet may save yourself—literally—from the headaches associated with hypertension," says our sister site Eat This, Not That!
