Radhika makes sure to stay hydrated, for her health and skin. “Water is the best to hydrate from within. If it’s too hot, I’ll have coconut or lemon water,” she stated, per Vogue India. "Drinking coconut water can be a part of a healthy diet as it helps you stay hydrated while being low in calories and being free of fats and cholesterol. Before you crack open a bottle of coconut water, make sure you are aware of how it might affect those with high blood pressure and other conditions," says the Cleveland Clinic.

7. She Takes Supplements

To ensure she is getting the nutrients she needs, Radhika takes daily supplements. “I supplement my diet with flaxseed powder, probiotics, and Vitamin C and B12,” she shared, per Vogue. "Roughly one in three Americans (75 million) has high blood pressure, also known as hypertension, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A normal blood pressure reading is 120 over 80, so if you find you consistently exceed these numbers, it's time to visit your physician. Flaxseed oil, though, should be able to help, according to Greek researchers. In their 12-week study of 59 middle-aged men, they discovered that consumption of this oil resulted in significantly lowered blood pressure readings. That requires beginning from your central core muscles and using the stability these muscles provide to smoothly control your arms, legs and other extremities. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

2. She Also Does Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Dance, and Pilates

After yoga, Ritabhari will do a kickboxing workout or Israeli self-defence called Krav Maga. On the weekends, she prefers to dance it out with kathak or goes for Pilates, she told Hindustan Times.

Ritabhari eats healthy, cooking most of her food herself. “The best is to avoid oils from outside. I have recently turned vegetarian as I believe it is a step towards a healthier lifestyle and helps curb cruelty against animals. Honestly, I’m enjoying it,” she told Hindustan Times.

5. She Fought Back Against Body Shamers

After undergoing surgery, Ritabhari gained a lot of weight and was attacked by online trolls. This inspired her to make a move about a plus sized model and even gained over 55 pounds for the role. “It took me four months to gain 25 kgs and six months to lose. So, the four months of gaining and one and a half months of shooting the film affected me. My breathing got affected. I got stretch marks,” she told Cineblitz. “But I just hope that it is going to be worth it. If this film actually resonates with women who constantly feel bad about themselves because of the way the world treats them, I just hope that this film makes them feel good. Nobody can be confident when everyone is telling you that your shape is not right. So, we have shown my character’s journey from where she was to where she reached when she accepts herself.”

The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
