Rebel Wilson in Bathing Suit Displays Weight Loss From Fiji
Actress Rebel Wilson has been open with her followers about working to get healthy, and trying out new diets and workouts. And her most recent Instagram photo proves that she's seeing results. Wilson revealed on Instagram that she is a sprinter, and jokes that she's not as fast as others. "Even did a couple of 100m sprints to get the heart rate even higher – although my 'sprint' is probably someone else's 'slow jog.'"
In the same Instagram post, Wilson says that she is an avid hiker, writing, "This week was super busy but I got up super early three times (6am) and went on a hike."
She Does HIIT Workouts
In an interview with Wilson's trainer, Jono Castano, he revealed that Wilson does a lot of HIIT workouts and circuits. "We focus on plenty of HIIT circuits, but at the same time, focusing on technique and tempo," he says. Castano says that the actress does HIIT workouts four times a week.
She Works Out Six Days A Week
Castano broke down Wilson's fitness schedule to E! Australia, and the actress works out six days a week, with one rest period on day six.
She Does A Variety of Workouts
Castano tells E! Australia that he will vary Wilson's workouts, and that they focus on different aspects with each workout. He says, "Understanding that each exercise is vital when working at a quick capacity. Another element we focused on was resistance and mobility training to ensure we're covering all areas, including posture."
