She Fuels Up with Protein

According to Rihanna's personal chef Debbie Solomon, the star loads up on protein in the morning. She told The Doctors that one of her go-to breakfasts is four boiled eggs, a piece of toast (with no crusts) and a bowl of mixed fruit.

She Has Mad Self-Love

Rihanna loves herself at every size. In 2018 she told British Vogue that she loved being "thicc" and was okay being bigger all around. "You want to have a butt, then you have a gut," she said. "I'm about to get back into the gym and stuff, and I hope I don't lose my butt or my hips or all of my thighs. I'll lose some but not all. And I think of my boobs, like, 'Imma lose everything, everything goes!'"

She Isn't Here For Body Shamers

Rihanna brushes off her body shaming haters. "You've just got to laugh at yourself, honestly. I mean, I know when I'm having a fat day and when I've lost weight. I accept all of the bodies," she explained to Vogue. "I'm not built like a Victoria's Secret girl, and I still feel very beautiful and confident in my lingerie."

She Trains Hard

Rihanna is incredibly fit, thanks to two personal trainers, Ary Nuñez and Harley Pasternak. The singer follows Pasternak's 5 factor plan. "It's a workout made up of five phases, which starts off with a cardio warm-up for at least five minutes," he told Fashion. "Rihanna loves to ride on a stationary bike, whereas some people will jog, walk, run stairs. Phase two is an upper-body resistance exercise, such as a back row or a shoulder raise. Phase 3 is a lower body exercise, like a skater lunge or a hamstring curl. Phase 4 is an abdominal movement like a side bend or a trunk twist. Phase 5 is a cardio cool-down for at least five minutes. So she'll do a continuous circuit, and each day of the week we do different body parts."

5

She Is a "Moody" Eater

According to Solomon, RiRi is a "moody" eater. "[With previous clients] I would send in a menu on a Sunday or Monday and they would pick for the week, and then I'd be able to shop and prep, but this is nothing like that. We don't know what we're gonna want to eat tomorrow, so why even pick today?" she dished to Bon Appetit

Rihanna works hard and chugs even harder. She told Harper's Bazaar that she downs at least eight glasses of water a day.

Food Motivates Her to Exercise

Rihanna has one major motivation when it comes to exercise, and it isn't about appearance.  "I have been in the gym every day this week because I am not willing to give up my food," she told Vanity Fair in 2015. "But I will sacrifice an hour for the gym."
