1. Stress Relief

Romina keeps to a daily workout routine. She says she puts her whole heart into it. Romina also says working out helps her to disconnect and renew her energy. Exercise is known to relieve stress. According to Harvard, “Regular aerobic exercise will bring remarkable changes to your body, your metabolism, your heart, and your spirits. It has a unique capacity to exhilarate and relax, to provide stimulation and calm, to counter depression and dissipate stress.” So not only does working out help you to get in shape, it’s good for your mental health!

2. Protein for Breakfast

On her Instagram feed Romina posted a picture of a healthy and delicious looking brunch dish. It contained eggs, salmon, and avocado. She tagged the picture with #healthyfood. Nutrition confirms that “A high protein breakfast has been shown to benefit muscle health and to support weight loss by increasing muscle mass, energy expenditure (calories burned), satiety hormones, glucose regulation and by decreasing the desire to snack at night. High protein breakfasts have also been shown to improve the body’s response to a high carbohydrate food up to 4-hours after the breakfast meal.”

3. Lifting Weights

In one of her Instagram videos Romina demonstrates lifting weights. She captions it with “A little of my grind.” Per NM State, “Strength training can help to lower body fat levels or improve body composition. It can also help us maintain muscle mass during weight-loss efforts.”

4. Hydration

Romina stresses the point of keeping hydrated on her Instagram feed. She promotes an energy drink, a supplement added to water. Harvard stresses that “Plain water is the best hydrating beverage for most people, but sports and energy drinks are advertised to appeal to those who exercise or need a boost of energy to get through the day.” In any case, keep yourself hydrated, especially when working out.

5. Skincare

Romina likes to take care of her skin. In this video we see her receiving a treatment for skin tightening. Romina explains that cellulites needs to be treated from multiple angles, which includes keeping hydrated, eating healthy, exercise and having a good skincare regime.
