Puerto Rican star Gabriela Berlingeri is enjoying some much-needed beach time. The jewelry designer and girlfriend of superstar Bad Bunny shared pictures of herself posing in crystal-clear waters in a green bikini and white sun hat. “More pics from the cam,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? 1. Lots of Swimming

One glance at Berlingeri’s social media shows how much she loves swimming. “Swimming is one of the few activities that work your whole body,” says the British Heart Foundation. “Breaststroke, backstroke, front crawl, butterfly and even doggy paddle get your legs and arms moving. This in turn works your back and core muscles.”

2. Outdoorsy Type

Berlingeri is no couch potato—she enjoys being outside as much as possible. “I take many of my individual clients and classes outdoors,” says certified fitness instructor ShaNay Norvell. “They often tell me it doesn’t feel like as much of a workout as running on the treadmill, even though they are still getting a great calorie burn.”

3. Snacking on Mango

Mango.,Tropical,Fruits.,On,A,Wooden,Background.,Top,View.,CopyShutterstock

Berlingeri loves fresh sliced mango for an on-the-go snack, which is a great source of vitamin C. "Vitamin C is good for immunity," says Maya Vadiveloo, assistant professor in the department of nutrition and food sciences at the University of Rhode Island. "It's an antioxidant so it can help with oxidative stress in the body. The primary benefit, in addition to being a really good source of vitamin C, is that (mangoes) are a decent source of vitamin A, folate and are pretty high in fiber, which is beneficial for colon cancer prevention, heart disease and weight control."

4. She’s a Singer

Singing and performing are creative endeavors very important to Berlingeri. “Singing at the Estadio Azteca was something I never in my life imagined doing, let alone daring,” she says. “I don't know how I did it, but I did it. I'm thankful for the people who motivated me to achieve it because I couldn't do it alone. Thanks to my mother for giving birth to me in Puerto Rico and with my father for raising me on this island that I love so much.”

5. Blue Therapy

Berlingeri loves to be by the ocean as much as she can. Having access to blue space is shown to have mental health benefits. "Increased views of blue space is significantly associated with lower levels of psychological distress," says Amber L. Pearson, PhD, MPH, assistant professor of health geography and a member of MSU's Water Science Network.

In them, she posed in the desert, wearing a strapless white bathing suit with different pieces of jewelry. She captioned the post, “December in the desert.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Swims

Rose spends a lot of time in the water. She shares a lot of pool and beach photos on Instagram. Rose likes to swim as a way to stay in shape. Rose posted this photo of herself in the pool. She captioned it, “Just posting more wholesome content for your enjoyment.” She also shared this photo of herself balancing on a mat in the water. Swimming is a great form of exercise that provides a number of health benefits. Some of the benefits of swimming include:

  1. Cardiovascular fitness: Swimming is an excellent way to improve your cardiovascular fitness because it works both your upper and lower body. It also increases your heart rate, which can improve your overall cardiovascular health.
  2. Strength: Swimming works all of the major muscle groups in your body, including your arms, legs, chest, and back. This can help you build strength and improve your overall muscle tone.
  3. Flexibility: Swimming can help improve your flexibility because it involves a range of motion that you don't get from other types of exercise.
  4. Low impact: Swimming is a low-impact exercise, which means it is easier on your joints than high-impact exercises like running. This makes it an excellent choice for people with joint problems or those who are just starting to exercise.

2. She Horseback Rides

Beautiful,Elegance,Back,Woman,Cowgirl,,Riding,A,Horse.,Equestrian.,CloseShutterstock

Rose is an avid equestrian. One thing she likes to do is go horseback riding. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself riding. She captioned it, “Howdy.” Riding and spending time with horses has a lot of benefits for your health and wellbeing. Heart.org reports, “One of the benefits of regular exercise is lowered blood pressure; horseback riding is exercise. Lower blood pressure can reduce the risk of heart disease. Plus just being around animals has been shown to do that as well.”

3. She Gets Herself Through Bad Days

Rose opened up about her career to Beautyleebar.com. She says that she makes sure to pick herself up whenever she’s having a rough day. “I have learned that some days are going to be better than others. Some days you wake up feeling confident, and beautiful and other days you don’t feel like getting out of bed. But pushing through it, and learning to love yourself through the process is important.”

4. She Embraces Her Insecurities

Rose admits to Beautyleebar.com that she has insecurities. However, she is learning to embrace them. “Most people try to hide their insecurities, but I feel like our insecurities are what makes us stand out and be individuals. A model can feel insecure about something that ends up booking her a job. For me, it is my jaw. I have always had a HUGE jaw…and was made fun of all throughout high school, I mean, kids would sing the Jaws theme song when I would walk down the hallway, but as I get older, I have learned to embrace it, and it ends up being the highlight of some of my photos.”

5. She’s Working On Being Honest

Rose tells Beautyleebar.com that she wants to be more honest in life. “Some of my worst decisions were not being honest in certain circumstances and being scared of what people would think. I learned that you can’t make everyone happy but it’s always better to disappoint people with the truth rather than entertain them with a lie.”

3. She Indulges but Carefully

Older people are more likely to take regular walks with a dog than they are with a human, according to one study. Another found that 60% of dog owners who took their dogs for regular walks were considered to get regular moderate or vigorous exercise based on federal standards,” says the Animal Health Foundation. Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy.
