Rose Bertram in Bathing Suit Loves Some "Outdoor Showers"

Rose Bertram just shared some stunning new swimsuit on her Instagram. In one, Bertram posed outside in a shower. She wore a long-sleeve multicolor swimsuit from Pretty Little Thing. She captioned the post, "Love me some outdoor showers." Bertram and her family also went on a vacation to Dubai, and she shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, Bertram went to both the beach and pool, and modeled different bathing suits. She Uses A Face Roller


Bertram has amazing skin, and she takes care of it. She revealed some of her skincare tips in a video for Pretty Little Thing. Bertram uses a face roller, after washing and moisturizing her skin. "It has amazing benefits," she says. "It's good to improve blood circulation. It helps with wrinkles." Bertram says that she uses this every day, after waking up.   


She Does Different Workouts On A Regular Basis

Bertram revealed her fitness secrets to Pretty Little Thing. She says that she makes sure to work out on a regular basis. "I work out at least 3 times a week," she says. Bertram also does a lot of different types of workouts to stay in shape. "I do a combination of cardio and weight training," she says.


She Motivates Herself

Bertram works out on a regular basis. She makes sure to stay motivated as a way to stay consistent. Bertram revealed her secrets to Pretty Little Thing. "I always imagine myself on a beach, taking pictures," she says. "I give myself the motivation to keep that beach body!"


She Loves Coconut Oil


Bertram tells IntoTheGloss that she loves coconut oil, and uses it for almost everything. "I also use coconut oil a lot, for my teeth, hair, skin, everything! They say that it bleaches your teeth and apparently, if you eat one spoonful of it a day, it burns fat. I don't do that, but I do have very dry skin so it helps moisturize, and I cook with it a lot. Then, if I have a shoot, I just put it in my hair the night before and when I wash it the next day, it feels alive again."


She Swims

Bertram likes to swim as a way to stay in shape. She also likes to go swimming with her family. Bertram shared these photos on Instagram of herself teaching her daughter how to swim in a pool. She captioned it, "Teaching Naleya how to swim, at what age did your kids start swimming without bands?" She also shared this set of pool photos, captioning it, "Up close with the sunset light."
