1. She Kayaks

Hegde loves to spend time outside. One thing she loves doing is kayaking. While on a trip to Goa, Hedge went kayaking in the water. She shared these photos of the trip on Instagram. “When I went to Goa, I really wanted to go kayaking,” she captioned the post. “So I told my friend we could rent a kayak and go by ourselves, and he freaked out a little cause he hadn't done it before. But he was a yes man, he trusted me and he came along for the ride. 30 mins later, it was just the two of us somewhere in the middle of the ocean with the sky covering us like a blanket, and the sun slowly going below the horizon changing the colour of the water and the sky. The view was f***ing worth it!”

2. She Dances

Hegde loves to dance as a way of staying in shape. She shares a lot of dance videos on her Instagram. Hegde posted this video of herself in the studio, captioning it, “Fresstyling after 8 months in a dance studio. The feeling of barefeet and wooden floor is just ❤.” She also posted this video of herself dancing with a partner, captioning it, “Vibing and free-styling.”

3. She Changed Her Fitness

Hegde revealed in the caption of this Instagram video that she decided to change her approach to fitness. She writes, “The whole of 2021 has been on a downhill for me mentally, physically, and emotionally. Post covid my life changed for the worse. Bad food habits (having less than 2 meals). Bad sleep cycle, very little or no excercise, difficulty to just get out of the bed, always irritable, constantly breaking down without knowing why,procrastinating all the time, complete shut off on all social interactions cause people constantly commented on how skinny/weak I looked. I was in my personal worst of 43 kilos and I was pretending to be happy constantly while I was so insecure about my body. So after the push from my bestfriend, I started working out to get my life back in order. It's been 3 weeks, I have been going to the gym and my life already feels so much better. I'm waking up at 6am, sleeping by 11, eating right ( from almost 2 meals to atleast 4 meals ), getting more sun time. I'm not at my best but soon I will be and I can't wait to show off my gains to you all soon.”

4. She Pole Dances

Hegde likes to pole dance as a way of staying in shape. She shared this video of herself doing so on Instagram. She captioned it, “I took my first ever pole class about 3 years ago in Thailand and it made me realise the strength work and time that needs to go into learning and mastering it. Sadly Bangalore does not have pole classes and seeing a friend of mine start pole dancing, motivated me to take a class when I was here in Bombay. This was totally worth it!”

5. She Swims
