1. She Dances

2. She Intermittent Fasts
When it comes to her diet, Lopez says that she tries to eat healthy. She also revealed to Fair Magazine that she is a fan of intermittent fasting, especially when she has a job coming up. "I usually do not eat for 16 hours, then I will eat in moderation for eight hours," she said. In addition to helping you lose weight, intermittent fasting can also help you prevent disease. According to the Mayo Clinic, “Some research suggests that intermittent fasting may be more beneficial than other diets for reducing inflammation and improving conditions associated with inflammation, such as: Alzheimer's disease. Arthritis. Asthma. Multiple sclerosis. Stroke.”
3. She Eats Healthy

Lopez tells Fair Magazine that she makes sure that her diet is healthy. She also says that she makes sure to eat healthily whenever she has a big job coming up. "If I am preparing for a photo shoot, I only eat salad, a variety of veggies and fruit, and drink a blend of natural juices for eight hours," she said.
4. She Has Cheat Days
While Lopez says that she keeps her diet healthy, she also isn’t afraid to indulge. She tells Fair Magazine that she has cheat days, which are usually the weekends. Lopez says that these cheat days actually help with her intermittent fasting diet. "Once our body is used to the diet or to the eating cycle we have, it won't be as effective before," she said. According to the Mayo Clinic, this approach, or alternate day fasting, is just as effective as regular intermittent fasting. “Some studies suggest that alternate-day fasting is about as effective as a typical low-calorie diet for weight loss.”
5. She Spends Time Outside
Lopez loves to spend time outside. And she makes sure to post a lot of stunning outdoor photos on Instagram. She has been seen spending time in a lake, lounging in the pool, enjoying time by the ocean, going paddleboarding, and taking walks through the flowers. According to the CDC, spending time outside is a great way to stay healthy. “The outdoors offers many opportunities to be physically active. Time outdoors may also promote mental health and stress reduction.”
