Sarah isn't interested in going under the knife. However, she recently revealed to The Guardian that she is a fan of CoolSculpting. "The treatment didn't hurt, it just felt cold for a few seconds and then I didn't feel anything. It was very peaceful. I was just happy to have a few minutes to myself, and then I got to leave feeling better about myself – a win-win," she explained. "I don't weigh myself, I don't measure myself but I could tell within a week how my clothing was feeling and fitting, how my jeans were buttoning back up. I was like, 'I'm gonna go to the gym and work even harder now.' It gave me my confidence back in such an easy and noninvasive way."

Make Time for Self-Care

Sarah prioritizes self-care. "Sometimes, I'm so tired at the end of the day I just want to go to bed, but I have to take time for myself to take a bath, read a book, or catch up with my friends so I don't lose myself in the minutiae of the day," she told Bustle

Pounds are just a number to Sarah. "I don't believe in trying to trick your body into things," she told Health. "I eat healthy, I exercise, I love food—but I don't like junk food. I mean, were women. We go up by five pounds, we lose it, depending on the water, the moon, your cycle, whatever. So I just try to maintain."

Rest Is Her Self-Care Tool

Sarah's one "beauty/self-care must-have" doesn't cost a cent. "It's probably sleep because I need it and I'm very cranky without it," she revealed. "Set aside no more than eight hours for sleep. The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at least seven hours. Most people don't need more than eight hours in bed to achieve this goal," says the Mayo Clinic. "Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle."
