Halle Berry is devoted to fitness. “You just have to have the will and the desire. And you have to make up your mind that it's important. That's the hard work that people have to do," she told Harper’s Bazaar. "I've always been fit, and have always thought about fitness and taking care of my body. It's only changed in terms of how I've been adding to my fitness regimen," she told the magazine about how her approach has evolved. "It used to just be working out with weights, and then I got into Pilates, and then I got into yoga, and now I'm into martial arts."

The supermodel, who trains at The Dogpound and is also a fan of pilates, tries to eat as plant-based as possible. "I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she recently explained in Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." You will find her eating "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she recently told Byrdie. "I just feel better when I eat that way."
3. Gal Gadot

Gal prioritizes hydration. "I wake up and drink water like a camel," she recently revealed to Shape. "I have a full, chilled bottle of Smartwater + Clarity before coffee or anything else. She is also a big fan of the Mediterranean diet. I love to cook it, and I enjoy eating it too," she revealed. However, she is “not a saint” and does admit to cheating on occasion. "I eat cheeseburgers and stuff like that. But the majority of the time, I keep it healthy. And when I do, I'm more vital."

Kerry explained to Allure that she actually enjoys exercise, dabbling in lots of types. “I love to work out. It’s really important to me; it’s part of the culture of my family,” she said. Some of her other favorites include SoulCycle, yoga, Peloton classes, dance classes, Gyrotonic training, and the elliptical machine. “I do different things, but I’m most obsessed with water aerobics. Now I do it with my friends on the weekends.” She also likes pilates and jumping on her JumpSport trampoline.

Jordana works out early in the morning. “I get up at, like, 5:15 a.m. every morning to run. I like treadmills—it hurts my knees too much to run outside. [My mom] is still a member at [a gym]. She’s in her mid-60s, and she works out. So I really got that from her, and I still defer to her,” she told Health. “I also go on hikes, which is really nice. I need to get steps in. I need to be outside and breathing fresh air. I’m so lucky that I live in L.A., where I can do that, because otherwise I would go absolutely stir-crazy.”
6. Ciara

While she trains four times a week, Ciara prioritizes her health daily. "What I learned by having that daily commitment—and it doesn’t mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover—but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn’t so aggressive,” she told People. “That’s game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it’s very rewarding.”

"I've done this butt workout so many times because it literally burns so bad but it's so good,” she told Kourtney Kardashian during a pandemic workout video the duo shot. A few of her everyday butt-busting moves include donkey kicks, fire hydrants and fire hydrant extensions on each leg.

"Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It's diet and exercise," she told Vogue Australia. "People say they eat well but they don't exercise. Or they run 20 miles a day but they can't lose weight. You have to do both." Eva does a bunch of different workouts. "I do a lot. I'm a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates, I do SoulCycle and I'm just constantly mixing it up," she revealed to People.

“I don't have time to do much exercise, I just watch what I eat,” the Weight Watchers ambassador said in an interview. “I'm very careful and conscious of what I eat.”
10. Demi Moore

Demi Moore is embracing aging, recently confessing to W that “things do change” in an interview. “The biggest difference, I think, is that I’m not in nearly as good shape physically as I have been before, and I have skin going in a direction that I would prefer it not go. There are things that just come with getting older. But I think my big mantra for this year is about acceptance,” she said.
