She Works Out Every Afternoon

Vergara tells Glamour that she makes sure to exercise every day, and that she likes to workout in the middle of the day. "After a quick lunch, I'll start a workout," she says. To Vergara, it's okay if she skips a gym day or indulges once in a while. Her trainer, Jennifer Yates, tells Marie Claire, "It's fine to give yourself a break—your body comes back stronger. You have to let your body rest, even if you're working out a few days during the week. That's why we rotate with Sofia. We have days in between when she rests. If you exhaust the muscles, you're more prone to getting injured."
