She Takes Supplements
Morgan is a big believer in taking protein powders and supplements. She revealed some of her go-tos in an interview with Allure. "I can't stress enough this potassium, magnesium, calcium and [vitamin] Bs," she says. "And maca powder, which you can put in your shakes. And digestive enzymes. Very important."
Morgan spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go on hikes. Morgan posted this photo on Instagram of herself hiking in the desert of Palm Springs. She Chops Wood

Morgan likes to do cleanses and detoxes, usually after she's filmed a season of RHONY. She opened up about what she does on an episode of Watch What Happens Live. "No sugar, no white food, no gluten," she says. "Actually I'm only juicing right now. I'm doing colonics. I'm taking cinnamon, cloves, garlic: everything to kill everything and keep my immunities up. Lots of green juice."
