Choudry is open about her love of practicing Pilates, and she has previously spoken at India's annual Pilates Festival. She posted this humorous video on Instagram of herself holding a Pilates stretch while using a reformer.
The main secret to Choudry's wellness routine? Consistency. She spoke about the importance of it at the 3rd Annual Pilates Festival of India. She said, "My motto has always been consistency.
