Stay Active

While Stacey doesn't have time to exercise as a mother-of-five, she claims that her active lifestyle helps her stay in shape. "I spend the morning doing housework," she revealed during an interview with Closer. "People assume everyone goes to the gym these days, but I hardly ever exercise, running around after the kids all day and hoovering the house is enough of a workout for me."

2

Eat Your Greens

Stacey maintains that one of her dietary secrets is eating green. "I love spinach," she confessed to Closer. "I really crave it and eat it nearly every day, so that's really helped with losing my baby weight. Anything green and I'll wolf it down."

3

Don't Obsess Over Weight Loss

You won't find Stacey, a self-proclaimed foodie, obsessing over her weight or going on any crash diets. She explained to Closer that she "hates" when she sees new moms obsessing over losing baby weight right after giving birth. "It's not the most important thing – especially when you have a baby to take care of," she explains.

Appreciate Your Body – "Lumps and All"

Just like in her latest post, Stacey likes to promote a "normal" body shape and self-love. "I am really lucky because I have great friends and family around me who don't care what I look like and take me, lumps and all," she told Closer. "There are more important things to worry about than looking a certain way. I don't understand why normal doesn't sell."

Prep Food Ahead of Time

Stacey keeps her refrigerator uber-organized with plastic labeled containers. She also chops vegetables ahead of time and labels them for the night she will be cooking them. This way she can make home-cooked healthy meals for her family in less time.

6

Fuel Yourself with Healthy Food

Stacey fuels her body with healthy food, starting with breakfast. Yogurt and granola parfait, which she makes in jars, is one of her go-tos. For lunch, she gravitates toward greens. "Superfood salad full of lots of vegetables with fish," she told Celeb Now. For dinner she might cook a wholesome meal for her family, like a roast.
