1. She Embraces Her Beauty
Ghouri makes a point of practicing self-confidence. “Even in the [Love Island] villa, I was still eating a good balanced diet, I was still having chocolate and sweets,” she says. “Honestly, [since] walking out, nothing's changed [with] how I feel about my body. I still feel confident in myself. I wouldn't say I felt pressured at all, but it's that thought of having that summer body. But you know what, it's not a big deal. Own your body, own what you've got. Show it off because that's what makes you beautiful.”
2. Optimizing Sleep

According to Ghouri’s personal trainer Joshua Kempton, the star focuses on getting enough sleep and handling stress in a healthy manner. "Tasha and I focused on optimizing sleep, managing stress, and listening to her body,” Kempton tells The Sun. “She’d do breathwork or read before sleep, and we always made sure to allocate long enough rest periods within each set of exercises.”
3. Protein and Carbs

According to Kempton, Ghouri followed a high-protein diet with plenty of healthy carbs included. "Without them, she’d never have sustained and recovered the workout routine we set together," he says. Kempton also made a point of making sure no food was called a “cheat” food, instead focusing on moderation with occasional treats.
4. Realistic Goals

Ghouri is determined to be the best version of herself possible instead of comparing herself with others. “Tasha’s goals were to get stronger and be the best version of herself both physically and mentally,” Kempton tells Women’s Health. “She’s got strong mobility and a disciplined mindset to progress with training. According to Kempton, Ghouri found the nutrition element challenging. “She struggled with it, but she was eager to learn, and she always adhered to my tips.”
5. She’s a Huge Foodie
Ghouri considers herself a huge foodie, and especially loves Italian food. “The fat sources in the Mediterranean diet include olive oil, nuts, and fatty fish, which are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 fatty acids),” says Sanchari Sinha Dutta, PhD. “These healthy fats help reduce the level of total cholesterol, low-density lipoproteins, triglycerides, as well as preventing systemic inflammation.”
