Hannah Goldy is a professional fighter for the UFC. She’s spending time in beautiful Orlando, and is enjoying a pool day. Goldy posted a new photo on Instagram of herself lounging by the pool. In it, she wore a beautiful lavender bikini, showing off her body. She captioned the post, "ViBezzzzzz.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Hannah Goldy stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Works With Different Trainers

Being a professional fighter, Goldy has to stay in shape. One thing she does to stay in shape is by working with trainers. Goldy revealed that she likes to work with different people in this interview. “Every training session I learn something new,” she says.

2. She’s Preventing Injuries

Goldy also has to take care of her body with her career. In the same interview, she says that she actively works to prevent herself from getting injured. “I have just been really focusing on injury prevention at this fight camp,” she says. “I had to adjust my training a little bit.”

3. She’s Motivated

Goldy makes sure to stay motivated for her fights. One source of motivation for her is her son. She opened up about her process to Fight Library, saying, “The past two years was just fun to me. It prepared me in that sense. It’s motivation. He just started talking and before my last fight this last Tuesday, there were times I had to go do cardio at 9-10 at night. It’s a tough weight cut at ’15 for me. I’m in the gym a lot. There’s just times I’m laying on the couch and I’m just like, ‘Ugh, I don’t want to get up.’ And he starts saying, ‘Get up, mommy! Get up!’ He’ll start saying it and I’m like, oh man, I got to go to the gym. I got to take care of him. There’s no other option right now. I need to take care of my son and nobody’s going to stand in my way and I’m going to win fights for him.”

4. She Learns From Her Experiences

UFC Fighter PortraitsMike Roach/Zuffa LLC

Being a fighter is difficult and it also means a lot of losses. However, Goldy makes sure to learn from her experiences and previous fights. She tells Fight Library, “The more fights I have before fighting the best fighters in the world, that’s cool. I’m just going to get better, keep sharpening my tools. I’m going to get where I want to get no matter what.”

5. She Embraces Her Body

A lot of professional fighting is a person’s body and weight, and Goldy embraces herself in every shape. She tells Fight Library, “I have people that know how to do it the right way with diet then sauna. I carry a lot of muscle for a female. A lot of it is water, which is nice for me. I think that 115 is my home right now. Like I said, I felt great in my last fight. I know my body enough to know how to cut down and feel good the next day. So I think I’ll stay at 115 for right now. But, if I got a good opportunity at 125, I’m not going to say I wouldn’t take it. I’m just trying to stay active and fight, and if it came around I’d take it at either weight class.”

Professional wrestler Valerie Loureda encouraged fans to watch both UFC and WWE NXT Great American Bash 2023 via a social media update. Loureda, 25, shared a video of herself looking fit and beautiful in an aquamarine bikini with matching coverup, telling fans who her picks are for the fights. “I’ve been working hard to bring a different touch to WWE that they’re never seen before,” she explained in the video. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Loureda stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Proud of Her Roots

Loureda is proud and confident about her fighting skills. “I’m an amazing wrestler,” she says. “Cuban wrestling is very different, and I was lucky enough to be taught wrestling by Yoel Romero and Alexis Villa and Gustavito (Balart), a lot of Olympic wrestlers, so they really taught me that Cuban wrestling, and I’m gonna take it into the cage. I just haven’t been given a chance to show it because I’m playing my game, but the moment I get the opportunity to show it, people are gonna be shocked by my wrestling skills.”

2. Taekwondo Background

Loureda grew up doing taekwondo, which set the tone for her future career as a fighter. “I never in my life thought for one second this is eventually what I would do,” she says. “I always had the vision of the Olympic dream [in taekwondo] in my mind, but at some point… that changed, and I saw MMA on TV. I saw the way it was blowing up, and people were falling in love with it. I said, ‘Wow, I can do that. I could fight like that. I could beat those girls, and I could change the world one day with that platform and all their viewers.’ So I was very excited about MMA, and that’s when it was born for me.”

3. Wrestling Training

Mma,Female,Fighters,On,Professional,Ring.Shutterstock

Loureda says switching from MMA to wrestling was no joke. “It’s extremely tough. For me, it’s actually harder than MMA,” she says. “My first bump, I just knew I could do it. I had this feeling in my gut and my first bump, hitting the ropes, I just fell in love with it and I knew I could do it. It’s tough, it’s a hard transition, it’s different than what I’m used to, but if you can rewire your brain and change your mentality and realize what this is and how to be the best at it, you can be successful. I was with coach (Norman) Smiley the whole time and he was amazing and taught me so much. He stayed in an open ring after for like two hours and we worked and he taught me stuff and taught me different things that would work with my style.”

4. Building Muscle

Loureda is careful to build muscle rather than lose weight as a result of MMA/wrestling training. “I might not be sparring as much, but I’m doing physical training (and) conditioning,” she says. “I lost a lot of weight after ‘Exatlon,’ and in these times, I’ve used time to concentrate on what I want to do with my life. While many are eating and gaining weight at home, I’ve been working to be on weight and be ready for this fight. So I haven’t had many partners for this training camp, but I’m very confident in my level and the years of training in martial arts.”

5. Beautiful and Strong

Loureda has neither time nor patience for those who criticize female athletes for bikini pictures. “If women do it, it’s being seen as doing it for social media and doing it to be an object for men and marketing. And that’s not the case,” she says. “It’s not for any man, it’s for us as women showing we can be badass and beautiful and strong, and we could still be animals in the cage and know how to defend ourselves.”

3. She Does Push-Ups

Goldy is a fan of push-ups. She revealed in this Instagram video that she likes to do variations on the exercise. In it, Goldy is seen pushing herself off the ground. She captioned the post, “Try adding some plyo hand release push ups into your next warm up.” Push-ups have a lot of benefits. Harvard Health reports, “The push-up engages your body from top to bottom. It works several muscle groups at once: the arms, chest, abdomen (core), hips, and legs. Push-ups also can be modified as needed.”

4. She Changed Her Mental State

To be a professional fighter, you obviously need physical strength, but you also need mental strength. Goldy told MMA Junkie after a fight that she changed how she approached her mental state. “After my last fight, I honestly didn’t think I was going to step back in the octagon again. The stars aligned and I got a short-notice opportunity, and I changed up a lot of things about the way I normally go about my camps this time. I spent a lot of my time working on the mental aspect of my game. I think that really paid off tonight. I did this for me. I’m extremely proud of myself, and I’m just extremely happy I was able to showcase a little bit of my skill tonight and make my coaches and my team and all of my supporters proud.”

5. She Works Hard

Goldy works hard to stay in shape. She tells MMA Junkie that she goes back to the gym right after a fight. “I have no injuries, which is amazing. I’m going to be back in the gym ASAP and just continuing to evolve and be ready for whatever opportunity is next.”

Mackenzie Dern, the professional UFC fighter, loves to go to the beach. Naturally, she loves to break out her swimsuits. Dern just posted a new photo on Instagram of herself lounging in the sand. She wore a bright yellow bathing suit, and captioned the post with a matching heart emoji. "Amazing," said one fan. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Mackenzie Dern stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Focused

In fighting, it’s important to be focused and have the right mindset. Dern tells the NYPost that she always prepares herself for a fight. “I think the mindset needs to be, when I’m going in to fight these girls, they’re not thinking about if their daughter’s, you know, is their daughter OK? Are they crying? Are they hungry? Or anything like that. They’re just focused on beating me, on winning, on [landing] the punches. And so, I think the mindset definitely changed and it’s gonna get me there to be champ material.

2. She’s Motivated

Dern has a daughter, and she tells the New York Post that being a mother has made her more motivated. “I’m way more focused. I want to win my fights. I want to do good. I want to have good performances. And having someone depend on you, my daughter, it’s not just me.”

3. She Builds Muscle

13th Annual Fighters Only MMA AwardsGabe Ginsberg/Getty Images

Being a professional fighter, you have to have muscle. Naturally, Dern tells the NYPost that she does a lot of strength training and building muscle. “I’m getting muscle, I’m working my strength training, and I’m keeping my body fat low. I’m in a way better place now, thankfully.” Reminder: "Strength training results in specific physiological adaptations. During the initial phase of a strength-training program, noticeable gains are made due to something called neural adaptability, which is an increase in the recruitment of motor units. As the nervous system becomes more efficient and recruiting more motor units, more force is produced. These initial adaptations are often falsely interpreted as muscle size increases," says ACE Fitness.

4. She Loves The Beach

UFC 273: Volkanovski v The Korean ZombieMike Roach/Zuffa LLC

Dern loves to spend time at the beach. She tells the New York Post that her ideal day would be, “Go surf then after get a tan. Just relax on the beach tanning. I like to just lay in the sun.” "An estimated 1 billion people worldwide, across all ethnicities and age groups, have a vitamin D deficiency (VDD). This pandemic of hypovitaminosis D can mainly be attributed to lifestyle (for example, reduced outdoor activities) and environmental (for example, air pollution) factors that reduce exposure to sunlight, which is required for ultraviolet-B (UVB)-induced vitamin D production in the skin," says one study.

5. She Doesn’t Think She’ll Meet Her Goals Right Away

Dern is publicly trying to get into a certain weightclass. She tells Gracie Magazine that this is a long process, and that she doesn’t expect results right away. “You can’t be overconfident,” she says. That’s what got in my way regarding the scale leading up to UFC 224 in Rio; many unexpected things happened at the camp, but I always remained convinced that I was going to suffer but was going to hit the weight… And in the end, it didn’t work out.

UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste is ready for the warm weather. She has broken out her swimsuits for Instagram. Celeste is modeling new swimsuits from her line in two different posts. In one, she posed on a cliff in a pink and white flower bikini and matching wrap. In the other, she sat in a chair wearing a multicolored leopard swimsuit, captioning it, “Cruel Summer.” Read on to see 5 ways Arianny Celeste stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Takes Glutamine

Celeste has to get enough protein in her diet. She tells Muscle and Fitness that while she isn’t always a fan of supplements and powders, she does like to use one in her diet. “I do use glutamine. I put it in my protein shakes, and it really helps with muscle soreness.” "Glutamine is a substance naturally produced in the body to help regulate cell growth and function. There may also be man-made versions of these substances. Glutamine is used together with human growth hormone and a specialized diet to treat short bowel syndrome," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Enjoys Cravings

Celeste has to eat healthy. But for her, that doesn’t mean ignoring her favorite indulgences. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she believes in eating a balanced diet. “If you're craving something, eat it. Otherwise, you’re going to eat something else that won’t satisfy you, and eventually you’ll eat what you craved anyway. Just don’t overdo it.”

3. She Loves Muay Thai

Celeste loves to do full-body workouts. Her favorite exercises are lower body ones. She tells Muscle and Fitness that she has a favorite workout that combines both of her favorites. “Muay Thai is also great for the butt—it’s a full-body workout. You can feel your abs and glutes work when you’re kicking. I train with guys, and I’ve definitely slapped a couple around!”

4. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

UFC 263: Kianzad v DavisJeff Bottari/Zuffa via Getty Images

For Celeste, working out is all about variety. She tells Women Fitness, “I try to mix it up, so I don’t get bored. It’s important to do different workouts to shock the body, so it doesn’t get used to the same workout day after day. This allows you to build muscle and burn calories. I think it’s all about trying new things and evolving yourself.

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

3rd Annual #REVOLVEawards - ArrivalsPresley Ann/WireImage

Celeste makes sure to take care of her skin. She described her process to Women Fitness. “I learned early on that certain things are a must in a skincare regimen. First of all, never go to bed with make-up because there are all kinds of chemicals in make-up that are not good for your skin. Washing your face day and night is essential, incorporating a vitamin C serum, eye cream, and moisturizer with SPF.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
