Madix is a bartender and a cocktail book author, so she naturally likes to make fun and creative drinks. Over the holidays, she said likes to make cocktails with pomegranate juice. According to WebMD, pomegranates have a lot of benefits, as does pomegranate juice. "While pomegranates lose much of their vitamin C content when juiced, they retain nearly all of their potassium, about 536 mg or 15 percent of your DRI.
