One role she seems to have a lot of fun playing is wife. "Valentine's Day memories," she captioned a throwback photo of herself and husband, soccer legend David Beckham, which she shared today, "taken on our honeymoon in the South of France" in 1999. On another, in which she is seen tousling his hair, she wrote: "He's always been obsessed with his hair," adding a laughy face and heart emoji. "I love you @davidbeckham." She Eats Healthy

Beckham says that she makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and actually loves healthier food. "I enjoy eating healthily," she told The Times. "And I'm in the fortunate position where it's easy for me. I can afford to eat well." Beckham says that her diet helps her get through her days. "I expect a lot from my body," she said. "And I'm never sick. You have to be kind to your body if you expect a lot from it."

She Starts Her Day With Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Water

Beckham, like many other celebrities, likes to start their days with lemon water, and she also likes to drink apple cider vinegar as well. "First thing I do every morning is… 2 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar," Beckham revealed on her Instagram story. "Followed by… fresh lemon squeezed into boiling water." Keep a stack of lemons in your kitchen handy at all times. She Loves Fish

Beckham tells The Sun that she loves fish, and makes sure to eat a lot of it. Beckham says that she decided to eat more fish after speaking to dermatologist Harold Lancer. "I used to have really problematic skin and he said, 'You have to eat salmon every single day'," she says. "I've known him for years, he sorted my skin out." Fish like salmon are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to decrease the inflammation that might be contributing to your muscle and joint pain.

She Makes A Smoothie Every Morning

Beckham is known for making a green smoothie for herself and her family every morning. She revealed the recipe for her smoothie on her Instagram story in 2017. "The green monster for the Beckhams," she wrote, showing her followers that the smoothie is made with apples, kiwis, lemon, spinach, broccoli, and chia seeds. Hot-Chilly Super Smoothie
Want even more protein? Add a tablespoon spirulina or whey protein powder or chia seeds. For a slightly sweeter smoothie, add half of a banana.

1/2 – 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
1 cup chopped kale leaves
1/2 small cucumber, cut up
1/2 avocado
1 nectarine or peach, pitted or 1 cup berries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2-inch slice ginger, peeled
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10 ice cubes

  1. Add milk, kale, cucumber, avocado, nectarine, lemon juice, ginger, and cayenne the bowl of a blender. Add ice. Cover and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

She Works Out Every Morning

Beckham says that she makes sure to get her workouts in every day, and she likes to workout in the mornings. "I go for a three mile run every morning and I work out for an hour with a PT," Beckham told Vogue Netherlands. She revealed how intense and how large her morning exercises actually are in an interview with The Times. "I get up quite early, around 6am, and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school. I'll then fit in another hour's workout before I go to the office. I'm very disciplined, I have to be. It's really the only time in the day I get to myself."

She Works Out Her Arms

Beckham revealed her arm workout on Instagram, posting a video of celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson, going through the fashion maven's arm workout. Beckham captioned the video "I was introduced to @TracyAndersonMethod by @GwynethPaltrow 9 years ago and have been working out with her ever since. I asked her to create videos of my workout so you can follow them while you are at home. Today is arms!" Anderson is seen doing arm workouts with three-pound weights, doing bent arm raises, and stretches. "She's such a joy," Anderson says in the video about Beckham. "She's such an incredible student. She's such a beautiful hardworking woman, and I think that one of the things that Victoria can lead all of you with is that she's very consistent, she's very focused, she's very smart about her workouts, and she really makes sure she uses that time to work on herself."
