Whitney Port in Bathing Suit Says "Let's Go"

Here’s how she stays fit.

Whitney Port is enjoying her spring break vacation, making the rounds in Florida. After spending some time in Miami, The Hills star is currently in the Florida Keys where she is staying at the Isla Bella Beach Resort. On her way down to the beach, she posed for a photo with all her beach gear in tow. "Sonny and I hoard. At home we make piles, wherever we go we accumulate so many random knick knacks. Bless Timmy's little heart for dealing. Whenever we travel, it gets worse. I get worried Sonny won't have enough snacks or activities or mementos. Anyways, random rant. But I just thought this felt like more of a real feel of how we roll and I don't want to shame myself but we need to work on a "less stuff" mentality. Now let's make sure we have an enormous ziploc bag of assorted markers and pencils, a swim shirt, a long sleeve shirt, an odd shaped game and my phone and just NOT put it in the backpack. Ok, let's go," she captioned the photo of herself, looking fabulous in a swimsuit. How does she keep herself so fit? Maintain Variety with Exercise

Whitney loves taking classes, including Sweat Yoga, Soul Cycle, and pilates reformer she told Self. She also takes classes virtually. "I have been doing a lot of Sculpt, Cardio Boxing and Yoga Classes on the obé Fitness App and virtual classes with Pilates By Amanda. If I don't have a lot of time, I will do Lauren Gores' express workouts on her Instagram. Next week, I am starting Megan Roup's The Sculpt Society which I am really excited about. AND I am dying to try The Class by Taryn Toomey," she told E! Online.

Don't Skip Breakfast

Whitney makes sure to eat breakfast. "Every morning is different," she said when asked about easts first thing in the AM. "[One day] it's cereal, another is banana and bread with melted cheese on it. Sometimes I'll have yogurt with granola and fresh fruit, so it really varies."

Eat a Light Lunch

Whitney's midday meal isn't huge. "If I eat something super heavy, I just get really tired and feel like I need a nap after," Whitney dished to StyleCaster. "Usually, I'll have just a salad, and it varies with different proteins. My favorite kind is just mixed greens with grilled chicken and some beets and goat cheese with a vinaigrette. My favorite thing to eat is anything Mediterranean, like a Greek salad with grilled chicken and rice. That's an ideal lunch for me."

Snack Frequently and Healthy

Whitney suggests eating healthy snacks throughout the day. "I think finding healthy snacks is a really hard thing to do when you're traveling. Just try to be prepared and pack your own," she told StyleCaster. She loves sourdough toast with peanut butter, "Or I have those Perfect peanut butter bars that are really good for on the go… they're really delicious," she said.

Keep Your Diet and Fitness Routine Balance

Whitney tries to maintain balance when it comes to health and fitness routine. "I try to work out three times a week and eat mostly lean proteins, veggies, and fruits but, I also allow myself to enjoy myself when I feel like it!" she explained to Hollywood Life. "I don't believe in strict diets or limitations. It's all about a healthy balance."
