She Does Cardio

"I hate cardio but it gives me the results I want the quickest. I prefer anything that's fun and active, like circuits with friends," she told Net-a-Porter. "Recent studies report significant health benefits from interval training, which means exercising at your near-maximal intensity for short periods. For example, you can sprint for 30 seconds and then walk for 60 seconds, and repeat this several times," says the Mayo Clinic.

"I'm trying to eat well as it is a part of my job. I think it's great though because I do feel brighter and lighter when I am eating healthily. I'll eat lots of vegetables, fill up on seafood, some fruit here and there, and make sure I take my vitamins and drink lots of water. I take multi-vitamins and a fibre supplement to keep my digestive system on track and a probiotic to keep everything in balance," she told British Vogue.

"In London, I have a lot of different trainers but my go-to gym is Third Space. I hate cardio and I have to do a lot of it currently but I really don't like it, I prefer weight training. Pilates is a lot of fun too, as I love to stretch. If I meet a new trainer, I always let them know that I love to stretch, and if they just make me put my arms up above my head and hold them for a few seconds I have to switch trainers. I did ballet when I was younger and I still practice my stretches after a workout. I also have a gym in my condo in Canada, so I work out a lot there too," she told British Vogue.

"…I'll try a cup of chamomile tea, a warm bath and lavender essential oil. I hate taking too much medication, but if all else fails I'll pop a sleeping pill," she told Net-a-Porter. "Today, chamomile is promoted for sleeplessness, anxiety, and gastrointestinal conditions such as upset stomach, gas, and diarrhea. It is also used topically for skin conditions and for mouth sores resulting from cancer treatment," says the NIH.

"I definitely try to do skincare every night – if I miss a night, I really want to get on it the next day. Every evening, I'll do a double cleanse, a mask, toner, serums, moisturizer and then oil. I also like using body scrubs at night because I feel like my moisturizer is really penetrating that top layer of skin, which is important because it repairs overnight," she told Net-a-Porter.
