1. She Lives A Healthy Lifestyle
Malhotra revealed her wellness secrets in an Instagram live. She says that she has a lot of healthy habits. “To lead a healthy lifestyle, you need to have a healthy balanced diet, exercise and rest. So, my fitness mantra is to train hard, eat clean and sleep at least eight hours a day.” “Adults need 7 or more hours of sleep per night for the best health and wellbeing. Short sleep duration is defined as less than 7 hours of sleep per 24-hour period,” says the CDC. “Adults who were short sleepers (less than 7 hours of sleep per 24-hour period) were more likely to report being obese, physically inactive, and current smokers compared to people who got enough sleep.”
2. She’s Consistent

Malhotra gets things done on a regular basis. In her Instagram live, Malhotra says that consistency is her biggest wellness secret. “Nothing can happen overnight. Malhotra loves to dance as a way of staying in shape. She posts several videos of herself doing choreography on Instagram. She posted this video of herself and a friend doing a combination. Malhotra captioned it, “Can someone wefast some Naulakkhas to us?”
