Many celebs over 50 are still crushing their exercise goals today, and stars and regular folks alike can look to them for inspiration. 1. Jennifer Lopez Engages Her Entire Core

Jennifer Lopez's former trainer, Jay Cardiello, recently spoke with the New York Post about how he helped her achieve her signature toned abs.

"J.Lo is living proof that age is not a barrier when it comes to maintaining a flat stomach and strong, defined abs," he said of the actress and singer, now 55.

"One of the key things I implemented was multi-planar core training," Cardiello explained. "Rather than isolating the abs with just crunches, we used exercises that engaged her entire core—front, sides and back—while incorporating balance and controlled movement."

2. Kelly Ripa Is Seriously Consistent

Kelly Ripa's trainer, Anna Kaiser, detailed the LIVE co-host's dedication to her workout routine.
