She Loves Muay Thai
How does Kaz get into fighting physical form? "I love training Muay Thai," she told Women Fitness. She also does stretches. "I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog."
She Fuels Up with Healthy Food
Kaz detailed her daily diet to Women Fitness. "My fave meal is breakfast. It starts my day off and I would never skip it and it normally consists of egg, avocado and toast! In many differentiations," she said. Prior to working out, she packs in "as much protein as possible," she continued. "I love eating boiled eggs as a snack. After I love to keep it clean with a chicken salad." And for dinner? "I eat clean I love eating at my vegan restaurant at the top of my road where I normally get a salad and quinoa with vegetable curry. I don't usually tend to eat after 6pm." She also has three favorite healthy snacks. Non-fat greek yogurt with blueberries, apple slicers with peanut butter, "and of course edamame!"
Kaz prioritizes hydration. "Drink a full glass of water!" she told Women Fitness when asked about her go-to beauty morning ritual. She also continues drinking water throughout the day. When it comes to coffee she prefers soya or oat milk, "because I drink a lot of it and they make me less bloated," she added to New.
She Refuses to Put Her "Body Through" Hard Times
Kaz explained to The Daily Mail how she conquered her self-esteem problems. "I've definitely had issues when it's come to body confidence…my weight has fluctuated in the past," she said. "As soon as I realized that I shouldn't be putting my body through hell, I made sure I didn't watch what I ate too much. Being really strict with my diet makes me unhappy. I take pleasure in going to the gym, rather than making it feel like a chore."
Kaz switches up her exercise routine by the season. "In the summer I love to go on runs, and I go to the gym at least three times a week in winter. I love kick-boxing!" she told The Daily Mail. "Regular aerobic exercise can help you live longer and healthier. After all, aerobic exercise can reduce health risks, keep excess pounds at bay, strengthen your heart and boost your mood. It can also reduce your risk of death from all causes," says the Mayo Clinic. "Aim to reduce your time spent sitting, too. The more hours you sit each day, the higher your risk of dying of any cause, even if you achieve the recommended amount of daily physical activity."
